Recipe and ingredients:
3 small zucchini
Peel zucchini
Make cuts
salt pepper
Leave on for 15-20 minutes
3 eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Mix
100g flour
100g breadcrumbs
paprika
Mix
Squeeze juice out of zucchini
Roll in breading
Dip into egg mixture
Add olive oil to a frying pan
Cover and fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes
Turn over and cook covered for another 5 minutes
Chop the dill
3 cloves of garlic
50 ml vegetable oil
50ml water
Remove zucchini from heat
Place on zucchini

Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop the celery stalks
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 1 red pepper
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 1 large tomato
Cover and fry for 5-7 minutes
Salt, paprika, garlic powder
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
50ml water
Cover and fry for 3-4 minutes
