Wow...its amazing..i tried it today morning for breakfast it turned out pretty well...it was delicious....the spices worked out superbly in idli...i didn't have that dry mango powder so i didn't add that but still it was awesome...thank u so much for this recipe

A doubt!! The moment i put idli pieces in oil, it absorbed all oil like sponge and turned greasy and not crispy. Is it coz i put freshly steamed idli? or is it coz my proportion of rice and lentils thats causing all oil to be absorbed?

I have also prepared it it's taste was ossum
