Hello! This is Joconde.
It's been a while since I uploaded. How are you all doing?
Last month, I was so busy preparing for an online class with Coloso.
After that, I took a break for a while. Now I just started ^^

Today's cake is fried egg cake...
No...it's actually Apricot cake in a Jar.
It just looked like a cake has fried egg on top.… hahaha
it's a delicious and fun dessert.
Layered apricot curd and apricot cream on a banana sponge sheet.
Used very riped bananas with a lot of spots and freckles on them. This sponge sheet is so moist and delicious.
Of course, you can make it with fresh apricots, but
I used canned apricots for convenience.
The advantage of Cake in a jar is that it does not require icing and does not focus on pretty decorations.
It looks good enough and tastes like a whole cake.

56g vegetable oil
4g vanilla extract
55g cake flour
4g baking powder
0.5 g salt
0.5 g cinnamon powder
95g egg
80g sugar
♥︎ Apricot Curd
210g canned apricots
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
96g sugar
47g butter
♥︎ Apricot Cream
80g apricot curd
80g cream cheese
160g heavy cream
20g sugar
♥︎ Crème Chantilly
70g heavy cream
7 g sugar
2 g vanilla extract
♥︎ Decorations
4 apricots halves
4 apple mint leaves
♥︎ Tools

Well, I have to say: i didn't find apricots so I used fresh mango. It came so good, a high level dessert. Will make it again in the future, I'm so satisfied
i love watching every single thing you make, even though i have no intention of even trying to make it myself. very fun to watch and always unique flavors and concepts and decoration!
