That was my spot during Covid.. Living around the corner made it easy. Chicken, Mac n cheese greens/Kale, grits & fish, ummm turkey wings, salmon croquettes Damn!! Had to add hot sauce 😊 but other than that the food is good.. Hope you enjoyed the food Matt! Definitely a spot not to sleep on!!!

When you come to Chicago make sure you go to UNCLE REMUS on Madison Street and Central Ave. That's the original,the 1st, the best. Harold's chicken is just like all other chicken joints. Uncle Remus is in a league of its on because of the sauce. Omg, the 💣.

Hear u going to the Chi. Was there last month. Indiana 1st then flew out from O'Hare. Got stranded in Chicago. Stayed at my cousin's for 2days B4 we could fly out. Went to A1 Beef sandwiches. I think that's the name.. 🔥. The beef with mild banana peppers with the au ju sauce.. If u can give it a try..
