Lovely video, as usual. 😊 Your tuna salad lunch looked perfect, especially outside. I have learned from you to make up an extra batch worth of dry ingredients - I do this now whenever I make my favorite banana nut muffin recipe, so every other time it's quicker/easier and I'm more inclined to put those over-ripe bananas to good use.

Thanks for the hint about the avocado, will definitely give that a try. And you reminded me I also need to clean out my china cabinet, just not quite yet, we’re still getting 38 - 40 degree days and our evaporative air con just turns our house into a sauna. I’ve always substituted 3 eggs for the 6 egg whites and never had a problem. I think I took it out of the oven too soon. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi Randi. Always love watching your videos. I make my tuna about the same way and just recently I have been putting avocados on my sandwiches. Yummy! Your bread looks very tasty. The only way for we Wisconsinites can get fresh oranges is if we go outside IF we are visiting CA or FL. :) I had a friend from Vacaville, CA who grew white peaches I think they were. Have a great weekend!!!

I prep both his breakfast and lunch for the week. Mostly eggs for breakfast and salmon for lunch, but it varies.

Great video! I’ve been on a sourdough kick…when you grow you must make…and make and make 🤪 nothing like fresh bread! What a beautiful orange tree! Our son has lime and lemon trees and when we visit I pack what I can so much better than store bought! Love tuna salad it’s a staple here!
