They can dispute it in court because Frank is known officially, by the State, as a liar. Swearing on a Bible doesn't count for much when you're on the Brady List. Edit: also, I don't condone this type of driving. Including the 3rd driver racing at 90 MPH. 3 wrongs and extortion don't make a right.

@@LackLusterMedia Being on the Brady list only confirms he had misconduct or credibility issues in the past, which can be used as an argument against allegations that there is no clear evidence supporting. Literally anyone can dispute anything in court because it's our American right. He has evidence and he has a witness in his passenger seat. There's a reason he isn't giving the tickets for the violations he can't prove without a doubt, and that's because he knows he's on the Brady list. Beating someone to death because you have Bi-polar/OCD/PTSD would likely not matter in court. While I can fully understand having something like PTSD, which I suffer from as well, can cause these types of problems, it is on the individual and how they treat the underlying issues. If you are triggered by assholes driving large trucks on the motorway, and you aren't seeking help, you should not be on the motorway.

Peoples' skills just deteriorate, as does their eyesight, their reflexes, etc. So the largest generation, the Boomers (of which I'm one), are reaching that point, so it may impact the demographics on bad driving. But I see a lot of young people who drive recklessly. And a lot of people who just don't know basic driving laws and protocols. You don't even know what PTSD is bro. You're the type of person who would call a little girl bro because of your idiotic personality. Mental health is real and powerful and at certain points in life, people can't control it, it's like a disease. So I don't wanna see this, "there's no excuse" comment, because it is an excuse. Different people have different issues and no one is perfect.

There are mental health conditions that prevent people from taking self-accountability. So learn about what it is before telling people or commenting on a public platform that, "it's no excuse" when basically it's a fucking issue that people lack control of. Mental health can overcome people's lives instantly and should be taken by heart and express empathy over. Please don't comment stupid shit. Thanks.

Best episode ever from Frank.. Road Rage gets ppl killed.. everyday .. When ppl get nuts slam on brakes and all that.. just smile at them slow down and let them go on their way.. Road Jousting can be deadly for the drivers and others that you are doing that around.. Just let them do their thing, pull over or slow down let them go down the road.. - I drove big truck for 30 years, I spent 20 years in Transportation management .. currently semi-retired and still work in the field as a safety consultant.. Back in the day I was talking to another trucker going down I95 in MD.. he got into road raging with another trucker for passing him and coming over too close if I remember correctly.. Then the two of them just went ballistic arguing with each other going down the road.. they both pulled off onto a ramp.. found out the next day, one of the shot the other as they got out to fight.. It is never worth it.. Just walk or drive away.. If someone is road raging and following you, drive to a police station, call 911 let them know where you are and ask where can you meet an LEO.. don't retaliate by driving just as crazy, don't confront them.. Your life is worth much more than that..

Picturing myself sitting on the side of the highway after a possible accident or rage that I chose to engage into, I ask " would you like to go back 60 seconds and make a better decision?" The answer is always an emphatic YES. Doesn't matter who was at fault, you still have to deal with reports, file insurance, make calls or rent a temp car. I always opt for just letting them go.
