Hey Birta! I really love reading books from skandinavian authors and my absolute favorite is Miss Iceland by Auður Ava Ólafsdóttir. But I`m sure you already read it. 😊 But if not I also really recommend Hotel Silence from her. Its both a bit mystic and melancholic. Really great.

Their loss for not hiring you :) If I had a company I would as you are very smart and creative. Ah well maybe one day you will have a fashion label yourself. That cookbook should come first I say :) inspired salad :) I am glad something worked for you in terms of sleep. I have tried it before and still find I am half sleeping most nights but that's more to do with my brain injury can't seem to shut off. I am a member of Goodreads so most books I get are from there. I don't let my cat on shelving so his treats come when he has let me brush his teeth that's it ;) or other grooming.

She focuses a lot on mindset development and her tips are super helpful especially those about nervousness, fear and anxiety - and her 5 second rule really works for me you should also check that out ❤ P/s: Love watching your daily vlogs, you and Helgi cooking together look so cute 🥰 💕✨

Since you’re a big dates fan, come to Saudi Arabia you will be in Heaven. Btw dates can be saved out of the fridge for even so many years n it would stay fresh and eatable!

I also heard that it´s better to not do productive things in your bed, cause then your brain is gonna get fooled with sleeping? Medical providers agree that working from your bed could disrupt your sleep schedule and actually make you less productive.

It might be useful to research it further down this direction since not everything that works for neurotypicals will work the same or as beneficial for neurodivergent
