Total geek attack! I really appreciated the effort you put into this video Mr. Jay. I was captivated. You went beyond & above. I would have liked to have been there with you. I don't think anybody will be able to duplicate a Friday the 13th part 2 tour as good as yours. That would almost be like trying to duplicate Tom Brady's career. Speaking of Tom Brady, I'm up here in Massachusetts, & I want him, & Rob Gronkowski back. Lol!

Thanks buddy Its an honor. I had such a great time out there that day. That tree finding was a happy accident I’m glad that I took screen shots w me from that part of the movie, It was the only thing I could find. Searched that area for an hour for more clues .

Myers is definitely my number one since the early eighties. But the fact that there's only 12 Friday the 13ths drives me nuts. Love me some Jason.

28:36 What a beautiful location for a horror film, love how the wind is blowing in the background and the leaves are flying around, so eerie, 40 years gone just like that, loved watching these films in my youth, Friday the 13th II is arguably the best one out of the series too, great video.

This is the best filming location of a "Friday" film that I've seen online. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to movie magic!

The house where the Casino stood was only built approx 20-25 years ago. I ride my bike around Lake Waramaug multiple times every summer. 75% of the houses on that side have been built or stripped and rebuilt within the last 10 years.

You can't beat New England in the fall, absolutely beautiful! As always Jay, you have gone far and beyond my expectations on these filming location videos. The fact that you had a chance to see the interior of Alice's apartment is huge, I have never seen any other videos on KZread that cover this location as extensively as you have and as a huge fan of the F13 franchise we all thank you for this. Thank you so much for this, Tampa Jay!! This is the most in depth Friday the 13th part 2 locations tour i've ever come across. You actually showed us where the old shack most likely was, where the opening scenes were shot, & even where the campsite once stood. Other Friday the 13th part 2 filming location videos omitted most of those locations. Thanks for taking the risk, man!!

Hey man I really appreciate you watching this one. I always feel like if you’re going to do something you might as well go the distance! Also, I made this for Friday the 13th fans like you and I wanted to make sure I covered everything I could physically possible. I invested in this trip my entire weekend I actually took two flights up won the Thursday before just to shoot the inside of the house. I love the Friday 13th movies especially this one. Probably the best filming locations video I've ever seen. You show the location as it is now, then you show a screenshot from the movie, and then you show what it looks like now again. Lots of people just show a location as it is now and then do a quick shot of what it looked like in the movie. They don't show you the current location again and I always have to back the video up so I can look at it again. That and the fact that the video is 37 minutes instead of 10 minutes. You took your time and showed the area. It's really appreciated. Plus you got inside her place from the beginning of the movie, which I never thought anyone would. That part was really cool. Very well done.

WOW Jay! I always imagined that was a sound stage for her "apartment" since she was only in it so quickly as a cameo kill to start the movie. Crazy that it was an actual apartment/house! Thanks for sharing this footage, and if you ever talk to the owners again thank them AGAIN for all of us fans! Such a cool sight to see the modern day version of what her place looks like! Crazy to think that the fridge location is still the same. XD

Friday the 13th Part 3 would be a fun location to see. Like the supermarket where Jason gets clothes and the store where we see Fox Ali and Loco. Oh and that barn where Jason is hung. That would be so cool to see. Awesome videos! I’m hooked on these.

This is sensational! For years and years, part 3 was the most desirous location for me to see, and we actually made it decently far onto the Veluzat property in 2018, but we were stopped by security ultimately. After seeing this video however, part 2 might have climbed to the top of my list. You picked an absolutely perfect time of the year to go with all the leaves on the ground and changing colors, as well as the shots in the woods, and the rain adding to the atmosphere. Damn, I sure wish I could have been there!

Great video! Part 2 was the first Friday the 13th movie I saw in the early 80’s and my favorite.

This is great I heard and knew about them filming in new Preston. Also Kent . However , in the beginning waterbury CT . I live in Naugatuck CT which is 3 miles from the opening scene very cool. Have to check today now .
