Thanks for this video! The inspiration I receive from you is real! So appreciated! I love the creativity and print and color mixing! Love it! After I watched the how to video on gathering w serger I think I'm going to add a bottom ruffle and sleeve ruffles on a knit dress I just completed. At least try the process! I think it will be so much cuter with them! Thanks again for the inspo!

I also picked up a few Simplicity patterns yesterday. Am happy to see they have more feminine patterns this season that don't look like something from Little House On The Prairie! My sewing plan going forward is quality rather than quantity, choosing fabrics more suitable for the pattern, improving on fitting issues, and slowing down to have a more professional looking garment. Love seeing all your makes!

That is so me!!!! Right now I am trying finish a outfit that should have been finished in at lease a day and a half,but I KEEP looking at other project that I want to make and it cause me to just sit and do noting, I GUESS I WANT THE OUTFIT to finish itself. I just refuse to stop until its completed before I start another project.

Styla just became …they are womens versions of patterns from Little lizard king and I love LLK patterns for my daughter and now I’m so excited that they have another sections exclusive to womens ❤️

Suggestion: Examine your closet. What does it need? I would work on what I knew that I needed.

FYI…I know two people that made 8593 top and hated it. The arm holes are way to large. One friend said she never finished/hemmed it because of the arm hole. The other one said she finished it but has to wear a tank top under it. Good luck! 😃

when I was pregnant with her I did mostly quilting...I started making clothes for her about 4 years ago then just recently started sewing for myself. Thank You for watching my channel 😊

Thanks for the update on simplicity pattern sale. Also , TOMKAT STITCHERY has a great tutorial for shirring and I believe Ellie and Mac does also. I did my first shirring last year and I was very happy with the results. I love raspberry creek fabrics - how fun to live so close.

That’s a great pattern (McCalls top) I have made a couple dresses and it goes together fast! I have seen the Laurel-it is so pretty!
