I've walked up and down Talbot Road a good few times recently...the new tiled pavements are very very slippy when wet..nearly fell a few times and I definitely wasn't drunk 🤣

Great video love the content. The sunset does look really good well worth a place on the 2025 calendar. The Tower always looks good with dark clouds behind it showing of the Towers colours.

It certainly doesn’t seem nowhere near as busy as what it used to be. I live in a small town but you would often see people about on a Friday and Saturday night. I seriously don’t see anyone anymore of a Friday or Saturday evening it’s like a Sunday all the time. Top video Sir! Yes that was 100% a calendar picture ….Smithy

Hello Stephen what a beautiful start to this video what more could you want a faboulous sunset,the beach and the piers the buzz of the place I just love it can't wait till July and I will be back who on earth left the sofa there ?? I've been in all the pubs you was passing bye and the Lifeboat it's a great night in there ,the Tower gets me every time is just amazing what a guy he must have been to have a vision like that and it's still still standing today, I love coral island and it's atmosphere it looked to be a beautiful place to be tonight,and how cute are the elephants I'm an East Yorkshire Lass nearer to Hornsea, Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby but Blackpool for me beats them all and how exciting after all this time the Trams will soon be running down Talbot Rd you never mentioned the Black pug it's a great night in there ,and soul suite I just love it it must be so surreal for you one minute walking the streets of Dallas then your back here walking ,down town Blackpool 😊 I have stayed in the Metropole a few years ago the best thing about was the sea view I loved it he looked quite spooky Elmer unwrapped thank you Stephen I loved the video ❤❤❤

Recall the Albert Baths, two waterchutes that I fondly remember, before the sandcastle was constructed. I will never forget Blackpool.

you're right - most karaoke is a crime against music!! 🙉 but also yes - Blackpool sunsets when timed right, are phenomenal 👍 so glad that bubble tea shop is still there too! 😄

Lovely view of the beach and sea, looks so peaceful, then the other side of the coin is the noisy town. No way I could be listening to all that Karaoke and loud music.

Lovely photo of the sunset. a great photo for your next calendar. That was a surprise seeing the tram. People will have to be careful crossing the streets. These new trams are so quiet. not very good for blind people. not used to seeing Blackpool with no wind blowing. have a nice Sunday 👍😎❤️

Looking at Blackpool, everything say this is the low of dejection. The swing to the other extreme will be relentless. Within 30 mins inland lies the wilderness of Gawain battling the green knight - proper Lord of the rings stuff!! Can you find the green chapel?

how blackpool has changed over the years i remember when you had trouble walking a long the seafront as it was pack and shops were open till late.

Bees Knees bars appear to be popping up everywhere even have one in Rawtenstall where I live. Beer Monster central it is.

Best way to experience the lights is after a down pour and walk up the Golden mile with all the reflective lights in the wet pavements and puddles😊

Training, yes.

Blackpool unfortunately is one of the most deprived places in the U.K…when I left in 1971 it was actually a great place to be but with the cheap air fares in the 70s it started to fall in popularity.

It might warm up as I think that yesterday was the only totally rain free day in 10 months!A hopeful sign?

There's challenge for the Mcmaster to a plate of Oysters at Robert's Oyster Bar I wonder if Lee would up for with CenturEye 😊
