I like to think that the first song is actual Senpai, the second song is him (and the girls in the background) being changed by the demon trapped there, and the third is him breaking out of Senpai. Basically, Senpai is innocent, and the dramatic change in atmosphere seems more believable

Senpai is your normal/popular school boy that is innocent, well in the first song, "Senpai", you can see that its basically him, all charming and wants to see if he can win over GF, "Roses", now you can see that Senpai is now mad, if you look at his face, you can see that he looks worried on one eye and the other mad. Continuing from "Roses", now if you don't remember "Spirit" was put inside the game after GF's dad trapped him there, maybe spirit took over senpai to get revenge after the 1st song, but he doesn't have full control over senpai, reason why he looks and sounds concerned like as if its just because hes mad at keith/BF, also, if you look closely at senpai's sprite animations in roses, you can see he is kinda forced to do those, like spirit doesn't wanna to that and is fighting back. All of this lore is mainly coming from the song "Roses".

I saw a comment that said the only reason this game isn't for adults is because boyfriend's speech isn't in actual English and ykw- you are absolutely correct.

Senpai sounds like a title screen, Roses sounds like a level, and Thorns sounds like a boss battle. The attention to detail amazes me.

I have heard a theory that Mother and Father take the kids who failed to be good for their daughter and give their dead bodies TO the Lemon Demon in exchange for all their fame ((cause Lemon Demon does have an obsession with eating flesh and other things, maybe its why he wants to eat you/your gf)) and the souls left over were just put into the Harem Sim. This is all just a bait trap to keep them popular, with their daughter as the bait (thats why she probably isn't prone to being scared of like ANYTHING in the game besides lightning) Maybe you're actually good without realizing and they have to amp up difficulty and even hire other people to take you down. Maybe thats why Lemon Demon is coming out. BECAUSE HES HUNGRY. And I theorize myself "Spirit" (aka Senpai cause you prefer) only came out of its shell because you have better skills than any of them ever would.
