Like deadass ya'll. fpr 2.5 seconds, I was 6 years old again, sitting in the shitty little yellow apartment me and mom lived in at the time, on my little tiny couch thingy that had spiderman on it and would pull out into a little pallet/bed. and I was watching.. Whatever Thomas DVD I had at the time being told how to use the menu.

As a Thomas Fan, there are some details I absolutely love about this mod: - Girlfriend using a gramophone instead of a speaker system is actually chronologically appropiate for the mod, since a good chunk of the events of The Railway Series/Thomas and Friends takes place somewhere around 1970. - Behind Thomas in Puffball, there's a poster for Thomas and the Magic Railroad, Thomas's first ever official movie, though it was widely panned because it focused more on Shining Time Station, a show that hosted Thomas episodes from time to time, rather than Thomas himself. - The Main Menu of the mod is actually a recreation of the Home Screen used in the DVD Releases of Thomas Episodes. I know this because I owned quite a few of these DVD's myself. - The Names of the difficulties are named after the different sizes, or gauges, of locomotives: Miniature Gauge, Narrow Gauge, and Standard Gauge. I'll be adding more details I love as I continue to watch the video, I just had to get this outta my system first.

For those interested, the 3 main songs are actually based on real events in the show. Henry's song is based of the flying kipper story where he had his accident in the winter crashing into the back of ankther goods train and was sent to crewe in England to be rebuilt. James's story is based on his accident on his first day when he had wooden brake blocks Gordon's song is if I recall about the time he, James and henry went on strike after they decided they were being overworked and hates having to shunt their own coaches after thomas got his branchline. Hope this helps you understand some stuff about the show

Man BF and GF were represented so well no random personality 180 shift it was just the two getting up to a week shenanigans creating there own fun enjoying each other and meeting the wacky characters that get caught up in there chaos as the two are willing to do whatever they want as long as it entertains themselves. It felt as true as it could to the source material of both media taking some liberties where it needed the trains felt true to them selves. I also like the fact GF design really depictates her body type and doesn't go over board.

I love how Edward doesn't want to battle but to have fun even when he's losing.

This mod is actually genius. This rare to see FNF mod with this quality of writing.

Mike O'Donnell and Junior Campbell, the original composers for Thomas and Friends, had a philosophy: that good music will be appreciated by anyone, regardless of the audience it's aimed at. Considering how all the original songs in this mod (sans Loathed) either remixes or samples their original themes from the series, I'd say their philosophy rings true, don't you?

I'ma say this right now, this mod was so wholesome and nostalgic. It's very nice to see a mod where there's no exe or something similar to that going on. Just playing the game and enjoying the mod is something we all love to see. Nothing that we have to worry about. I loved all the references to their own songs and especially their Freeplay songs!! It honestly matched the characters songs if I'm being honest. And the cutscenes and voices, perfect!! My god, this mod is a masterpiece!! Great- no, AMAZING job to the people who worked on this mod!! Edit: Didn't say this in my comment but I love the way they did to the menu. Just a tutorial for the user. I especially loved the way they did a secret song for Sir topham hat!! Freeplay as well!! It's all so perfect!! Overall the others songs and stuffs, this mod is a masterpiece, nostalgic, and perfect!! Once again, AMAZING job to everyone who worked on this mod!!!!

This song is a banger , especially with the fact that the express run theme was presented here. The " ITS JUST.. DISGRACEFUL! , Disgusting! , Despicable. " Line hits harder than gordon crashing into the new station. Really appreciate the amount of design put into this mod.

I like the dissonance between the art styles of the cutscenes and gameplay. The cutscenes give you the style resembling the classic show (even though Boyfriend in a realistic appearance is kinda cursed), and then the gameplay looks like a refined version of FNF's usual style.

I love the TTTE episode format the main story takes on and how BF & GF actually play an important role in the story plot causing chaos and destruction all around Sodor. I love mods that puts thoughts and effort into the story.

IF this gets a 2.0 (which is impossible i think) it should add: Percy Toby Diesel The Narrow Gauge Engines More Edward songs Joke Songs More covers And more.

Imma be honest, I do not care for FNF at all, but Thomas & Friends was a huge part of my childhood. And seeing this, whoever made this, they did the series justice. From the way the characters acted, the music, the art style (giving off a Railway Series vibe but with a slight twist), to even having recreating the way the goddamn old Thomas DVDs would start out, this was really well put together, so props to the person(s) who made it.

As someone who grew up with thomas bc of her brother, I was super excited for this mod and cant believe how much I missed this series. I only recently decided to re watch thomas and wow, what a joy it is

Phenomenal mod for talking trains, honestly. The storyline, the artstyle, the music, even the voice acting, it's REALLY awesome looking at everything this mod has to offer.

I never thought I'd see a Thomas & Friends mod. Boyfriend and Girlfriend sure know how to cause trouble everywhere they go, especially a good-natured and friendly children's cartoon like Thomas.

This is a big throwback to the original Thomas ans Friends series. I used to love this series and it's quite a memory to see it in a FNF mod. I like how the mod has Thomas since he's the big main character in the series. It would be very lovely to see Percy in here too.

This is one of the best ways to incorporate nostalgia into FNF, I was a HUGE Thomas finatic when i was a child (I still am), The art direction and references to the show are outstanding. My personal favorites were the flying kipper and the Menu, As someone who grew up watching Thomas through the DVD's of the show, I was shocked to see a reference to this, and even Topham's VA was spot on. I congratulate everybody who worked on this project!

Man, this mod brings back a lot of nostalgic from my childhood, the art style, references and storyline are accurate to the show and it makes me happy!

this mod just has a really cozy vibe about it, I especially love the illustrations and the menu songs! also, now I know that making a mod about a children's show without making it scary or mature while also making it good is a possibility! there's a certain one I've been obsessed with, and I personally think it would be perfect for a mod, so...now I have hope and confidence!

I absolutely love that Edward is the unlockable engine and he's just happy to be there. It's so in character for him and it made me smile.

I watched Thomas all the time as a kid (the old one, with the toy trains and such), and this was so nostalgic and fun to watch I love when a mod is just a little gift to all those who know the series, no unnecessary additions of things like creepypasta/Pibby, full of things like references and details that can be enjoyed all the same

Holy crap this mod is amazing!!! I love how it mixes the OG soundtracks into these funky beats and it's amazing to listen to and the fact this tells the story from the TTTE series is brilliant. It was also amazing how even Alfred got a cameo in this mod too seeing how is seen as how he's seen as a big villain to the online Thomas community. As someone who grew up with Thomas The Tank Engine, this brings back so much childhood nostalgia. 10/10 Mod Also 17:21 - “Bust My Buffers” 😆

Fun Fact: The sixth song, "Sad Story," draws inspiration from an episode of Thomas & Friends called "The Sad Story of Henry." This episode was released in the UK on October 16, 1984, and in the US on February 5, 1989. The plot revolves around Henry, who is responsible for a passenger train. However, he is reluctant to venture out in the rain, fearing it might damage his green paint with red stripes. Despite the efforts of his driver and Sir Topham Hatt to convince him to leave the tunnel, Henry remains obstinate. Sir Topham Hatt eventually loses his patience and decides to close the tunnel, leaving Henry stranded inside. The darkness and isolation make Henry regret his decision, and he begins to understand the gravity of his actions. Fortunately, a new engine arrives at the station one day and helps Henry escape from the tunnel. Henry is grateful and learns a lesson about being too proud and stubborn. That's actually not how Henry gets let out of the tunnel. Gordon bursts his safety valve when he's about to tease Henry while reaching the tunnel and is unable to pull the Express. Edward is brought in to try and push the train, but is too weak, so at Gordon's suggestion, the Fat Controller lets Henry out the tunnel to help Edward get the Express going. Henry's performance convinces the Fat Controller to lift Henry's punishment permanently.

Most impressive; a full on Thomas mod- and one that also includes a little bit of the ever-popular Sodor Dark Times and its titular villain Alfred the Loaned Engine? Color me VERY very impressed.

I like the detail of James' color changes to black, referring to the episode "Name's Runaway and Crash" where he had the black paint during the crash. Nice touch.

um actually, there isn't an episode with James' black livery, the only places where you can see him with that color are the books and the movie "adventure begins".

Oh I’ve been looking forward to this mod ever the first I saw on Twitter, I had the most fond memories watch the classic and cgi animated show, collecting the toys, and yapping about it until someone’s ear fell off. So to see it as a fnf mod with such banger that makes me feel nostalgic is such a treat, also this as well as a few others are a sign that we somewhat finally moving on from creepypasta mods (but we all know that ain’t true). Still such a great and I look forward to seeing more upbeat mods later down the road.

Hopefully this mod will be the start of a second chance for the FnF community. I'm already seeing more expressive animations and better storytelling that has no demons and pointless crap in it, so I'm a bit hopeful for now

Honestly, considering the original episode orders, I think Sad Story was originally meant to replace flying kipper in the story mode. The Flying Kipper Crash takes place after James' crash and the strike, which the other two songs are based off of, while Henry being locked up in the tunnel takes place before. But, if I'm being honest, the Kipper song works so much better, both musically and narratively.

This mod really helped my mood after a long day of work and genuinely made me happy :)

I find it quite humorous that I myself can sing along with the Mod Perfectly, due to the deep voice I have obtained in Choir. But I still love this Mod so much and it brought back so many Memories. Finally, a Wholesome and Chill mod.

I love everything about this mod! Thomas played a big part in my childhood. I loved watching the show as a kid. I used to have the toys and everything. Don't have them now, tho. My parents gave em away after I grew out of it. But seeing this as an adult gave me some nostalgia! This is great!

I wanna see more of these and creepypasta mods. I grew up with the 80s show even though I was born in the late 90s, I still love the show to this day, it's a special part of my childhood. The only Thomas the tank engine/Thomas the train/Thomas and friends show you'll ever catch me watching is the 1984 to the year of 2003 style version of the show, the only movie I ever loved was Thomas & the magic railroad from the year of 2000

Dude...this is the most wholesome MOD that I had the pleasure of listening to. I grew up watching Thomas and his friends! Seeing their toy counterparts was a kids dream of riding a train to amazing adventures. You sure did give one to GF & BF.
