Will in the actual Cannon base game of Friday night funkin Phantom arcade did say that for boyfriend he only makes beeps and boops when he is nervous around new people, but once he's grown a close Bond or knows a person very well he talks normally So hanging around with Sonic and talking with him normally makes sense because he's chilling out with him

The mod is actually about sonic.exe in general. An origin story. Fleetway is the first song in the timeline, there's more to come. If a bunch of people like fleetway we may consider more content for it though!
