Have you ever seen "Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix" for the GameCube? It has pretty much the same thing with the notes you need to avoid, and I think that if a mod creator were to look to that game, we could have some more cool gimmicks. The "mush" mode it provides is really interesting.

I cannot tell you how much I love how this artstyle portrays Tricky. It makes him look withered and creepy af, especially from this head-on perspective we have from the Boyfriend, it really feels like you're right in the battle!

Jamming out to a deranged clown's screams has never sounded better. I bet all of the devs who worked on the Tricky mod (especially Rozebud and Kade would be proud). Also, Calliope is poggers dude.

Love it or hate it, the Tricky mod revived Madness. It brought a shit-ton of kids into it aswell, but I'd rather have that than for Madness to avoid being as popular and widespread as it is. With the revival of Newgrounds along with Madness being one of the most popular artpieces of the site, Madness was bound to get revived anyways, but I still want to thank the creator of the mod. Oh. You want to know what I think about this remix? Well it's quite simple. *One of the best remixes I've heard in my life. You did an amazing job m8*

But I guess that goes to show how Krinkels can give characters that dont even speak so much personality through action. Tricky isnt my favorite character despite the fact that he introduced me to the series, but he's still my 2nd favorite. My first favorite is Jesus. No shame. He's underrated as fuck. Literally the first non-protagonist returning character.

I was legit hoping tricky would crush that microphone so bad with his bare fists alone

All the tricky levels bring back so many good memories from lockdown, when i didnt have to go to school and i could just play fnf or minecraft with the boys all day long

I really hope that someone charts this with a bunch of crazy effects, but I imagine it'd be hard to swap out that many sprites in a few seconds, the best idea would be to preload the assets and have them move into frame

It's actually possible if you set a modchart file within the song. That means any effects created within the file will be played at respective times. This is how Expurgation's signs and health bar manipulation was made, if you're wondering.

3:41 bf relived that he beat the "hellclown" he had time to catch his breath and get out of there with his gf in toe, but all of a sudden he hears.. music? oh no.. he gulped as red glowing eyes gave him a death stare. hell it said.. "Can't kill clown!" and then the battle was on with a devil tricky, tricky being done with rules tried everything to screw bf over, insta kill notes and dragging the bar down to kill him. bf had to rap like he never rapped before

This is so good. Then FNF had the Tricky mod, I had such a blast, it brought me back to early NewGrounds when I was in Middle school. Madness was such a hit with me for years. Seeing it come back and breath new life into the series and bring newer faces in has made me more than happy.

Madness has always had a dedicated fanbase, and Newgrounds never turned its back on it either. If madness was popular you'd be seeing fan animations and the fanbase creators getting fanart and shit, but it's tricky and hank, Deimos and Sandford too, at best. I am still upset that the Caliope is now buried under Madness(fnf) (Like, literally buried, if you think about it. FYI: Tricky is shaking cus of the improblabillity drive, when his mask is on it makes him less angry, therefore doesnt shake as much, then after his mask gets shot off and becomes angrier, at his hellclown form he has become so fucking mad he maxed the improblabillity drive and is at his max. The skull tricky is because he mixed with Auditor and took over Auditors body Correction is in the comments ⬇️

Yea it happened cus the Auditor wanted to absorb more bodies in ep 10 i think, accidentally absorbed trickys' body and then basically tricky killed the auditor

That Expurgation remix is legitimately the best one out there.

basically this remix isn’t too complex and actually fun to listen to and not incredible long

the design on the mask nudging to the earlier design tricky had in the madness series is soooo fricken cool, nah scratch that the design, detail, and effort you put into this is sooo fricken AMAZING!!! the remixes of each song is so great and impacting! great job dud on this dud, it literally made my day!

It was indeed Tiky Time, and also the best time I’ve ever spent on KZread.
