I have an anxious and reactive dog, always on high allert. I've tried dog anxiety music but it did nothing. This one instead, it's calming her like never. I don't know if the name has a connection...when i adopted her, i named her Freyja, being inlove with nordic culture 😅 but i am sure that this music has effect not only on humans, but on animals too. Everyday I battle with my inner thoughts,sometimes I just want to just hide away ,having ptsd from childhood and into adult truamas ,like sexual abuse ,flash backs of my time in the care system back in the 70s and 80s ,domestic abuse later on freya gives me the strength to carry one ,she is a lovley goddess full of love and strength ,love her ❤

water is my energy...i have usually lived by flowing water. i was crushed back in june when the nearby river flooded & almost destroyed our house...7 ft. of water in the basement; water was within 10" of the oak subfloor. When we shut off the water heater down there; there were waterfalls coming in under the basement windows. 2 ft. high in the street at the bottom of our driveway. Watching stumps & logs roll by in the street at sunset. At the high water point, at 2am on tues. june 14th; my wife and i prayed for the river to stop rising; and it did. Our 98 year old house; out of 30 houses on East River St. was one of 3 that were saved. We were two of the few; who chose not to evacuate earlier that evening. 😮

But not for those of us who do not die in battle. And even then it’s not a guarantee. Oddly enough Freya gets the first picks, Odin follows. And then… even if you die in battle it’s not even close to a guarantee that you get chosen by either.

I lost my younger brother two weeks ago to neck and throat cancer. He and I were "Stewards of the Forest" for all of our adult lives and the best of fishing buddies. I miss him so much that my heart is broken. What provides some solace is my last vision of him was him riding off to Sessrumnir on Freya's chariot with the Great Goddess herself driving and her mighty cats stretched out flying through the sky.

Here cause of lack of sleep, insomnia, and the heat that’s knocking me out… need… sleep…

I am in recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. Some people in NA recommended that I develop a relationship with a “higher power” to aid me in my recovery. I am an empath (this is unusual amongst men) and a former police officer. Norse paganism and witchcraft seemed appealing to me, I was drawn to it. I was baptized Catholic and was educated in high school by Jesuits. Strangely, it was Freyja that seemed to pique my interest the most. According to Norse legend, it is Freyja that gets first pick of the warriors that are slain as she is Commander of the Valkyries. The slain warriors that are taken to Valhalla (Odin’s Hall) were the ones Freyja didn’t select. I feel as though she chose me. My life has been improving and some oddly timed blessings have appeared since I began offering prayers to Freyja. Freyja also taught Odin how to use seidr, which is basically Nordic witchcraft. In Scandinavian culture, men that practiced magic or witchcraft were called, “ergi”, which basically was an insult that meant “unmanly”. Odin kinda stood that insult on it’s head. Yep, I’m cool with peeps thinking I’m “ergi”. The spiritual experiences I have been having are wild. It defies logic, I used to be an atheist, agnostic at best. True story. I used to mock religion and people that believed in God. My opinion has changed…..drastically. Blessed be.

🧘‍♂️THE TECHNIQUE👁️ The goal of this technique is to activate your Pineal and Pituitary Glands/ Third Eye. Begin by laying down in a safe place. Do a basic meditation to relax your body and clear your mind. Once you are relaxed, you are going to start squeezing and expanding your brain. Your brain is attached to muscles and tendons that let you expand and squeeze it. Bring your focus to your forehead and try squeezing and expanding your frontal lobe. Concentrate and keep trying until you can get it. Once you can feel it moving then move to the center of your brain, (this is where the glands are located, the Eye of RA) and do the same thing. Squeeze then stretch it out, feel it expand as if past your skull, squeeze, expand... After a few minutes move to the back of your brain where the Claustrum is located. This is where the Sacred Oil is produced. Do the same, squeeze, expand over and over. Once you get the hang of it, start doing it in a wave motion from the front to the back. Continue squeezing and expanding repeatedly until you can start to feel the fluids moving, such as mucus running down the back of your throat. Some people, myself included, experience something that sounds and feels like a crust breaking off the outside of your brain, this is normal. The objective is to get your brain working, you have never used it like this before. Once you get the fluids moving you want to push the Oil from the Claustrum in the back of the brain down the back of the spine, down your nervous system and back up the front. Using your back muscles, push the fluid down the back of your spine to the bottom. Squeezing your muscles in your lower area like your buttocks and sphincter. Then start pushing the fluid up the front of your spine. Men as well as women have kegel muscles, use these like a pump. Using your stomach and your chest muscles, continue pushing the fluid up the front of your spine into your brain, pumping the fluid up the front of the nervous system into the Pineal and Pituitary Glands, the Promised Land of Milk and Honey. Continue repeating this pattern, from the front of your brain to the back of your brain, down the back of your spine to the bottom, and up the front of your spine into your brain. Repeat this process as long as you can. When I did this I was not staring at a clock but it felt like an hour. Realistically I would say 15 to 30 minutes. I did it until all of a sudden I couldn't close my eyes! Not even to blink. This lasted for several minutes. At first I thought I broke my brain! As soon as I was able to relax enough to barely close my eyes, I slipped... Some things to note: 1. I know to a lot of people this sounds weird, (like it's not already weird) but you need to make sure that the Moon is in your Sun Star sign.
