I lost my mum to cancer when I was 14yrs old. 7 years later my sister took her life by jumping from a building. 7 years after that I found my Dad dead...I can't " get over it" you just learn to live with it 😢😢

my mum died at 38 stage 4 cancer and as a 12 year old listening to this song makes me cry because this is exactly how I feel I wish I could just see her one last time 😢

I hope for nothing but the best for you. When you love something or someone, you should always learn to let it go. It's hard but rather than letting it destroy you mentally, you have to think about the good times and be happy that your mom's in a better place. I know you can do this.❤️

This is the song you listen to when the sun is shining and you feel so alone because everyone is smiling and together and you're alone in your room crying and crying and you can't stop. The song you listen to when people don't understand and tell you 'its easier to smile than to frown' but its not. Not for me anyways. The song that let's you know its ok to not be ok. The song that tells you that your not alone. That other people feel this way too. That things will get better.

Yes, it is okay to be not okay. Life is not always great, sometimes it's really ugly. I have been there too.Emotions want to be felt, pushing them away makes it worse - so welcome them! All emotions have a meaning and a purpose. And when you accepted the feeling - you can look on it and ask yourself why do I feel this way? What do I need to feel better? - Clear your mind? Write something down. Feel lonely? Call a friend. Feel stuck? Take a walk. Feel depressed? Sing or take a walk. - What works for you? And remember: Life is journey and setbacks are part of the healing. Better times are coming for you I promise! Believe in yourself and in your own way. I wish you the very best. Feel hugged :)

My sister died suddenly a little over a month ago. This song both rips me apart and helps heal me as it says exactly how I feel. She was only 55, and I never dreamed she would be gone so soon. I know how you feel it's been 3 years since I lost my mom and I'm still pretty lost

Never thought I would lose my daddy to a terminal illness. Seeing him have so much faith tore me to pieces because his diagnosis was 100% fatal. I watched him die slowly every day and cried watching my mother and brother sleep next to him for fear of losing him while they slept. At first it was a so unrealistic and I tired to deny his diagnosis. I watched him die slowly everyday. His deterioration was incomprehensible. I would hide and cry uncontrollably but I was the oldest. I would've took care of him to the end of my life regardless of all the assistance he required just to have not to go through the pain of his lost. I lost him on June 20th 2019 and one year later my life was in a downward spiral that no one knew about until I had a mental breakdown. My family and I were lost without him. It's been 2 years now and I can finally gasp a little.
