do you ever feel trapped in state college as if there isnt anything else to do besides frat parties and football games? Im not sure whether I should commit to a rural campus like penn state just yet

Penn State is surrounded by a town with loads of things to do. Sure Penn State isn't in a large city however the town is large enough you can find new things to do everyday.

What is the social life at Penn state like if you don’t join a frat? I also heard that the bars are very strict with fakes
