If you had one residence hall you would suggest for incoming freshman which one would it be?

It depends on your major and if you have a preference on either side of the river! Everyone loves Catlett because it's newer, but it can be harder to get into. The rooms aren't that different for each building, its more the things the buildings have and what side of the river you prefer!

Katie Kositzke So they are all basically the same size? I don’t want to get stuck in a super small room lol

@@Mxr24 yes! they are all about the same size and every dorm has A/C too! I think the Catlett has higher ceilings, but because of it the floor is a little smaller (like a foot smaller so not much) Every dorm is about the same size so no matter where you end up it'll look almost the exact same!

west side is honestly not that bad as ppl make it seem. I lived in rienow this past year and it was perfect for me and I worked at Hillcrest. peterson is the newer one of the west side. living on west side makes u feel like ur living in ur own little community and u know pretty much everyone, plus west side dorms are closer to kinnick and carver making it easier to walk to kinnick and take a bus to carver. and close to the hospital

@@isabelmartinez7438 Yes!! thank you for this, I feel like people assume that the west side is super far but my friends that lived on that side loved it too :) thank you!!
