Quickly becoming one of my favourite chefs on youtube, wether that be the shorts or the longer form vids. Keep it up!

A true gentleman, I visited his restaurant in London (each bite was like the warm embrace of Morpheus himself), he came over to say hello, down-to-earth and passionate about his craft, this man deserves a far greater recognition - currently a sliver of light which will no doubt become a shining beacon (and a great knife too!)

I watched a lot of KZread chefs but you are one of the best. Simple food just tastes awesome. Don't need fancy herbs or anything expensive.

Try using a larger depth of field on the tight shots, the AF keeps trying to hunt between subjects and it's pretty distracting.
