■Tart
60g unsalted butter
35g powder sugar
1 egg yolk + egg white = 18g
100g cake flour
13g ground almonds
1g salt
■Crumble
15g cake flour
15g ground almonds
15g sugar
2g tea leaf
10g unsalted butter
■Custard cream
2 egg yolks
25g sugar
12g cake flour
180g milk
1/2 vanilla beans
1/2 Fève Tonka
3 peach
nappage

yeah, i feel ya. I actually think when she mixes the creamy butter together and it makes a weird squish sound, it sounds weird to me. I just like the aesthetic appeal about her videos and her style.

MrBroxMan I thought the same, I actually gasped when she did! I mean I love her but this time not a big fan of a huge peach sitting on such a delicate pie crust, completely squashing away the custard cream! 😵😆

The way you crack the egg: dainty, precise little cracks and tears. How I always end cracking mine: tok tok tok CLACK CLACK CRACK *CRUNCH* and that's when I don't get egg all over the sink edge or eggshell in the bowl instead. I am jealous of how professional your cooking sounds.

Try using a butter knife the back of the blade cracks the egg nicely

最近ひだまりさんが桃のレシピを多くあげてるので桃が食べたくなりました。スーパーに行くたびに桃が安くなってないが見るんですけど全然です。仕方ないのでこの動画を見ながら桃の缶詰食べときます。

私が以前働いてたパティスリーでは、剥いたあとの桃を1晩シロップに漬けてた。 フレッシュさはちょっと減るけど、その分甘みも染み込んで、「ケーキ」感が増す😀
半分以上がフルーツだし実質ゼロカロリーですね。

This would be an olfactory delight! I'm curious as to how the tea crumble would taste because I've never cooked with loose tea leaves. Every time an ingredient comes up on the screen that I don't know, I pause the video and look it up! Now I want to buy some feve tonka beans! The description makes them sound wonderful. These videos are always a learning experience for me! Love this.

おつとめ品で 大きめの黄桃があったので、作ってみました🍑 まず、桃の枝側から、 種を取り出せることに驚きながら😳笑 レシピを参考に、タルトは米粉で、カスタードには 家にある紅茶の茶葉を入れました☕ とても美味しかったです😋🍴 半分食べた母にも喜んでもらえました💕
こないだ食べたやつやーーーんまさかひだまりさんが作るとは!!!さすがです師匠!

I'm so sad I'm missing peach season in Yamanashi :( I really like the way you mix and scrape down the sides of the bowl! Very pretty and it's not wasteful even though you transfer to different dishes, pots, and piping bags a lot
