The caller is not wrong. When Fresh recently was not available the show was still great but when Myron was not on the show it was terrible. I still remember the show where Myron didn't talk for almost the whole show. It was terrible and so uncomfortable to watch. Fresh was drowning.

Fresh is acting surprise by the caller statement but I'm pretty he has heard this critique a thousand times. I'm surprised he hasn't changed a lot within the last 1-2yrs since the show started. And we all know Myron must had told him 100 times to step up too since men self improvement is a huge theme of the show. Fresh brings value no doubt but he could be way more impressive to the audience if he would just work harder self improving.

Is he a good assistant? No, he isn’t articulated and the flow of the show is not good. Is he improving the quality of the show? No, he isn’t. He is fat and can’t form coherent sentences. He hasn’t improved in 3 years, even with the opportunity of hiring personal development coaches. So why do we care if Fresh improves or not? We care because this is a men’s self improvement podcast. He should be self aware and understand that he doesn’t bring value and only brings down the quality of the show. He doesn’t preach what he teaches and instead his only focus seems to be food and paying for box. but he has CEO network? He is terrible at networking, we have evidence from vlogs of different KZreadrs. We’ve seen him refusing to meet people who will bring value to the podcast by procrastinating. People don’t respect him and don’t want anything to do with him. The only w guest he brought was Andrew Tate but he was already going through many other men’s podcasts. Fresh lovers should consider their lives choices because you are being sold the dream so Fresh can live his lazy life

I disagree to an extent. Fresh is pretty set for life. He could arguably retire. He has accomplished his goals. Fresh's biggest contribution to the show is that everytime I feel bad about myself being useless in society, I look at Fresh and immediately feel better.

Myron upgraded his speaking in the past 2 years. If you watch the old fresh and fit he sounds completely different. While fresh sounds exactly the same as he did 2 years ago, no improvement whatsoever

A good example of this is the time when sneako and DJ akadamiks were drunk and were verbally assaulting a woman on the show. Fresh didn’t do a damn thing to call them out. Just shows what kind of man he is.

The caller is right , he hasn’t improved as much as Myron, he lacking , spend atleast like 2-4 hours per day honing on your craft. The viewers that been watching for years can tell . Myron listens to all points, takes notes, asks the questions, makes scenarios to relate, and challenges the arguments with facts. All Fresh does is give little examples that don't always relate to what's being said. I think Fresh is a good guy... Just not a good Co host. He doesn't bring as much to the table as Myron or the special guests.

1. Fresh is a hypocrite and hurts the quality of the show. One of the main things of the show is to drive men to become better versions of themselves. Whenever there is a criticism made on Fresh he barely takes accountability. "Its your opinion", "Im doing what I want to do", "Im just being me", is essentially all he can come up with. He takes it PERSONALLY when the criticisms are actually for THE SHOW and WHAT THE VIEWERS WANT TO SEE and NOT for his personal lifestyle. He is effectively saying "I dont give a fck about you viewers because its your opinion and I do what I want to do, down pax". A completely different narrative from Myron. Funny how Myrons reaction in this video is "Valid criticisms ..etc" and Fresh's reaction is "Can you imagine when you're successful and someone comes and tell you how to live your life?", "Everyone also needs to improve", "You dont watch the show enough" These statements is extremely telling of the type of person he is. Most people dont even know his stance on things. One cares for the show and the viewers. One cares only about himself and takes it personally. 2. The effort difference between Myron and Fresh is ridiculous. No one is saying Fresh does nothing, but the difference in effort in comparison to Myron is why viewers think Myron deserves better. During the show, we know that Myron carries 99% of the time and he is doing ALL the work. We dont know what happens BTS but there are many instances where Myron has talked about what he does BTS while Fresh's answer only revolves around "networking". (PS, as a CEO that also networks to look for funding from 7-9 figure investors, networking does not take that much time). If Fresh has nothing to hide and genuinely cares about his viewers, he should be showing what he does on a day to day basis at least for the past 6 months or so and put it side by side with Myron. But then again, we all know that his reaction will be, "Im just gonna live my life bro", "Just because you dont see me, means I dont work?" "Im successful and you're not, down pax". Fresh needs to take more accountability, be transparent and show more effort. This is what the viewers want to see in him.

I've been involved in sports as an athlete & coach for almost 50 years. I've worked in corporate America, mostly sales for over 30 years & I have NEVER been asked to explain or justify my role. I have never asked anyone to explain or justify those things because they are obvious & measurable. I've been watching F&F probably since the beginning & not only does he add no value, he actually slows the show down & makes it awkward because the women obviously have no respect for him either. At 56 years old neither of these young men are role models for me but unfortunately, he needs to work behind the camera, NOT in front of it💩🔥💩🔥

Fresh should not be on camera he's not ready for that level of leadership...behind the scene is the best place for him ...his responses show this!

You would think Fresh would be able to make a good point by now to the girls after listening to Myron all this time. But he can't. He can't not unnecessarily say "for example" followed by a mute point. He can't actually even beat the women in a debate using simple regurgitated talking points that he should have memorized by now LIKE THE REST OF US DO.

Fresh got that dose of reality. I know that feeling like ice cold water on your back.

Podcast made completely to red pill men and criticize both men and women, but when they get criticized, immediately sensitive and emotional. According to them, women are emotional and sensitive. Crazy how that works 😂

The caller is right. Fresh is known for telling other men to self-improve therefore the viewers need to see his progress in order to feel inspired and motivated.

Fresh knew the caller made some excellent points and he really had no answer for any of it. It's the reason he got defensive and started taking shots at the caller instead of admitting he was wrong.

Woman could never do this. Challenging men is what we need! He stood on it and the caller was genuine.

I too believe that Fresh needs to improve, Even Mo is improving more than he does. Mo is slimmer now than ever. But fresh is not consistent that's what everyone is talking about, you can't be dishing out self help advise when you're not practicing it yourself. I wish he can be more consistent, that would help his speech. That doesn't take away from the fact that fresh is the mediator for big guest on the show & that's what made fresh and fit this big up to this extent, no one can take that away, but we all can see improvement without him needing to tell us, he is improving

I would take advice is it is valid regardless if the person was practicing the advice themselves, if someone is broke and telling me I should invest my money and save, If the information is solid, I will careless if that person is poor. The point is valid and I will not get emotional about good information. I would not be like "I'm not listening because that person is not rich" LOL plus most people would not listen even if a rich person said it, so net net people are loser and always looking to talk trash without proper understanding. Fresh is doing better than most, so he can talk about most. Period beyond majority of the population so he can talk his stuff also at the end of the day.

Good business owners hire people who are best suited for specific roles, they aren't necessarily the face of the company. A good business owner will work in the background if it suits them and the company better.

They each contribute important skills, it just sucks that Fresh’s mic skills fall so short to that of Myron’s. It slows down the pod & sometimes all he contributes is reiteration. Oh & in terms of progress, it comes across as Fresh not wanting to progress further bc as soon as I saw improvement with his speech the most notable change was his desire to roast or troll the ladies more. That’s literally the only time he forms a halfway coherent thought smh. Unfortunately for Fresh his best skills for the team are mainly behind-the-scenes. Basically he is the Diddy of this podcast. It’s easy to say “Go be behind the scenes, Fresh, it’s where you shine the best.” We understand he is part of the brand, and not going anywhere so therefore UP THE ANTE, Fresh! Because as long as you’re in the front we will continue to compare you with who else is in front of us which is Myron & he’s leagues ahead of you in communication, so hustle harder.

This is exactly what the real problem with fresh….we all can see that you’re not capable of talking more than one sentence without even butchering the word….fresh didn’t admit it and never take any criticisms for positive….we all know that you didn’t add much value as co host….admit it man….and say that you gonna keep improving it….rather than give stupid answers and avoid any criticism…..you been doing podcast nearly 3 years dude….how much time did you needs to really improve???? This is what is frustrating about fresh and fit and the rest of them. I feel like they are each out for themselves rather than practicing what they preach and helping each other get better. Fact of the matter is Myron and all of the rest of them should have been having this conversation with him ages ago. This is what happens when you’re surrounded by yes men who would rather see themselves as the best than actually caring to see others succeed.

Fresh's biggest "skill" is saying how his network is his "thing"/strength. That's all. If that doesn't speak for itself for how useless he is as a person, I don't know what does... it's basically like saying "I am only important because I know important people".

It’s easy for the most to say “I can do it better” but y’all here and he’s there.

Holy fuck.... someone articulated in a way that he couldn't wriggle out of. The caller spoke exact truth... Not lies told at all.

As part of his regimen, Fresh needs to dedicate time to reading books in order to improve his vocabulary and ability to articulate clear arguments. This is the advice that was missing from this critique.

Fresh provides value on the daytime shows. It's the late night shows where his lack of knowledge is glaring. It's not his speech impediment. JLP has a speech impediment but has been successful on radio and television because there is knowledge and humour to make up for it. Fresh sounds like he's never read one book on relationship dynamics. And says don't simp but he simps for Miranda. I wouldn't be shocked if he's still dating her on the low.

I mostly agree with you here. I feel like if he did more research and became more knowledgeable it would help his overall confidence when speaking about the topics, which will help his speach too. He has relied on Myron to be the subject matter expert too much and has gotten complacent in that area.

Fresh has no business being on the show. Hes there because of loyalty and the ripple effect it would have if he got cut. He isnt networking. Anyone with any sense will view his as a stuttering fool. He can barely talk and what he does say is never insightful. He claims he gets nervous on the show. Watch episodes where Fresh is talking to girls on the street. He is even worse and says the most cringe things possible. He simps on a mediocre boat chasing skank and has the lack of sense to even bring her on the show. He is absolutely that dork that has a lambo and sits on the hood hoping someone says something to him. Everytime he says "right" and "for example" i contemplate turning off the show. NO fresh you do not talk better than Chris. Never has Fresh said anything and the crowd thought "good thing you said that"

I think people most definitely downplay how much of a crucial role Fresh plays in this podcast. Like Fresh should be more consistent in some areas but that’s everyone. I think there wouldn’t be a podcast without Fresh vice versa

Myron represents many guys who have that fire in many respects like looking like they’re grinding all the time and most importantly having the passion in the discussion to really get content and have a good podcast. Fresh seems to be a very laid back guy who seems like he would be a very chill and good friend but for a podcast and for life in general it’s seems like he’s just gotten lucky. Someone who would disagree with the podcast for example would def acknowledge that myron is more passionate and clearly more entertaining.

FRESH is not fat dude. He may not be muscular if that's your metric of measurement, but the dude is not fat. A lot of people need their eyes checked. And you don't have to be loud and talkative to be a somebody.

He doesn’t even add to the conversation . He just sits and laughs . He only speaks up when Myron goes super in on someone

The thing is that F&F pushes for men to work hard and grind, and they work with "image", the "image" is all the audience sees, if you only do things behind the scenes, most of the time it doesn't show in your image, doesn't help that Fresh is not eloquent, stutters a lot and sometimes he just throws unfunny jokes and comments on the podcast, he seems to be competent and do very well behind the scenes, but the problem is that he doesn't stay there, he steps up front where he's not doing much so that's the only image the audience sees.

Well said, and exactly the problem. I do suspect this is possibly all a show to create Fresh's "issue". If the audience turns against him, at least in part, it will make his job easier. When he talks to potential guests they will a possible ally in Fresh and be more likely to accept. Everyone knows how Myron is and they are intimidated. It also sets a potential "story arc" for Fresh to grow as a man on the show. He could just suddenly realize he wasn't trying hard enough and hit the gym etc. We'll see, it's all fairly interesting.

It doesn't matter that he's great at production when he insists on being a host of a podcasts that focus on self-improvement but every time people call him out, he just says he doesn't need to get in shape or learn to be a better communicator, because he's already good at other things, so just stick to the other things if you're not willing to learn and get better at what your doing. He's like a fighter who gets destroyed and don't throw a single punch every fight and when people ask if he'll train and learn to fight, he says he's already a good swimmer, plus he's rich so he doesn't need to learn how to fight or train, be insists on booking professional fights anyways...

I resonate with the caller and how the audience perceives Fresh. The reality is that Myron has a High Caliber of Intelligence and articulation and is an excellent communicator. He's quite witty in his responses. Plus Myron is way more educated! It's a mismatch with him and Fresh. On the other hand, Fresh might be good with Networking and Promotion behind the scenes but he's definitely not the leader of the show. They don't really compliment each other on the same frequency and quality of their presentation of the podcast. Myron knows how to grab the attention of viewers because he processes information really fast and he's very objective with his delivery. Fresh is more on standby and contributing here and there and doesn't sound as interesting. I always laugh but mostly disappointed when I hear Fresh use the following punch line over and over again, "You know what..."
