Interesting to see some folks mention their dislike of David's eating etiquette. I've seen a much more popular foodie channel guide bite into the same piece of meat as his hosts numerous times and more commonly eat from the same plate. I'm sure these foodie guides understand and practice actual necessary safety protocols more so than what their viewers understand.

They typically die peacefully within the explosion of flavor but for those that aren't ready to die, I recommend trying just the onions which are still spicy but less so than the actual peppers, if that's still too spicy then just the vinegar which still packs a ton of flavor and even some spice. As a child, all I could handle was just the vinegar till I worked my way up to the onions then the actual peppers. It's a journey really.
