I'm pretty sure there was more to the story from brothers and moms (couldn't find that one) but brother said she's always be mean to sil for no reason and they cut contact with op.

For story 2 I think yeah you kind of are because she's just trying to be considerate and caring but no you just decide to be rude and everyone knows how you feel and they're trying to comfort you but you just want to be left alone which people completely understand but you're kind of being rude she just wants to help you that's it
