It’s amazing how much even just the sound of the surf soothes anxiety and contributes to a more peaceful feeling inside. I play this while at work. Even though I can’t view the scenery while working, it still calming and takes my mind to a beautiful beach somewhere. Thank you.

And of course.... people grilling, making bbq ribs, hot dogs, triple bacon Philly cheese steak sandwiches and drinking ice cold Corona and any popular soda. You don't need to watch it ( 6 hours that's too long ) watch it for a few minutes then just have it in the background. Listen to it while doing light exercise or when your cleaning up .
