Omg finally someone that has purchased this bag and done a review. I’ve been eyeing it for months now after watching the video you mentioned. And I kept eyeing this color on the site as well very peacock color. I just haven’t decided which color I’ve wanted. Thank you for doing this review. ❤I may need to now order as well and do a video. Hello from Paris :) this is the very classic bag in the house it’s magnificent and they used the same leather used by Hermes so true ❤actually I baught the same this summer in red and it was the last piece ❤congratulations for your pick that’s mean you have a very classy taste from a Parisian point of view ;)

Well I will take that as a high compliment. I love Paris. I've been several times. I was just there this past August when I got my Goyard. Next time I go back I will have to go into Guibert on Victor Hugo.

Hi there, this is the first time watching your channel. I am from Montreal Quebec Canada. I have watched her videos which I found very convincing so I decided to purchase this Allure bag in black because black goes with everything. Like you, I ordered it in October and it arrived yesterday, December 11th 2023. I opened it today and I must say it’s impressive. It definitely is quiet luxury. The leather is exceptional. I really like this blue colour you chose and had a very difficult time choosing between the black or the blue. I am going to subscribe to your channel after I post this and am looking forward to hearing about your experience using this bag. I want to know if I am experiencing the same kind of revelations as you are. By the way, how do you like the hand written note we received? Isn’t that terrific? So surprising. This brand is a new one for me. Probably more beautifully made than most of the luxury brands! I think the wrinkling may be normal. I have seen it. Thank you for the video. I suppose they are confusing Gene and Jean!

Yes I also believe that is perfectly normal after all it is the hide of an animal that hasn’t been heavily coated like saffiano leather is.

Hello Gene! As I promised I will tell when I receive my red Allure bag. So…. I finally got it today , was very excited …. But after opening and inspecting it goes right back to Paris. The workmanship is bad, wrinkly sides, badly done ( in black) seams, even front has concavity. The only beautiful part is the gold buckle. The color was disappointing too. It was much juicier on Alice’s camera . All of my Polene bags are made so much better!!!!!! And my brand new Dianna by Basile is way above this one. All this mention of Hermes is just a gimmick I think. So I am very very disappointed and honestly think they should stick to the saddle making. Sorry😢
