I wanted to actually do some videos on the bear, but because of copyright things, I’m trying to figure out a workaround

I never got into the upscale dining with all the separate stations and what not. Usually, just line cook and “float” (dish, prep, clean, bus, dabbled in FOH help, etc). Fun times.

Could we get your opinion on how you feel about each form of chef specialist pastry, fry, pantry, etc?

Funny story, Chef…. Our kitchen has a 72 year old woman!…. She cooks the plate lunches…. Been in the business before everyone was even born yet!…. Chef?…. Sous Chef?…. Irrelevant!…. Let us call her, ‘Miss K!’…. Miss K owns this kitchen!…. And everyone knows ‘Miss K’ owns this kitchen!…. She has more power here than any chef ever could dream of!…. You run the budget, she is the key to you being successful, or being fired!…. Never forget that!…. 😘

I’m still waiting upon your video about the ‘Side Businesses’ which are run within your business?’….. How do you handle these illegal businesses which happen in the kitchen!…. (If you know, you know….). 🤫
