They actually make 6cr a month in revenue. Shark Tank does it's due diligence before every pitch, these guys are making insane money and have a robust business model. They did not recieve funding because they were too big for Shark Tank.

@@kushalkollu8628 because just being an unicorn on paper has become a joke now. The investors are just crazily pouring money into anything nowadays. India is producing a unicorn every week, in US they are doing 1-2 everyday(440+ a year). It has become a very rare case that any start up is profitable nowadays. Look at paytm, zomato, nykaa and basically every other big startup except some like zerodha and boat. They are burning cash now and all of there IPOs went on to make normal people lose their money. I respect aman very much for making a company which is popular, a market leader, is profitable and has very good financials.

I found no logic about the parameters based on which Namita made an offer. Background pharma? Origin Gujju? She runs pharma and she likes fashion? What the heck! Sometimes what I feel is she just listens to the analysis done by other sharks and then she pitches in. Vineeta on the otherside is pretty practical and vocal.

Yearly revenue then they would never be agreed for just 300 cr. i mean if a brand is that much big then they should have plenty of investors but they told that they don't have investor because they were expecting a bigger valuation but when anupam made them belive to invest for 300 cr. they agreed . That's where i found it's suspicious.

Although the French crown shirts are a bit hit and miss. The fit and finish on their 3 piece suits is quite impressive and closest to bespoke you'd get on the retail market in India. I think they underplay this important aspect of their business. They should work more on the men's business suit sports jacket office wear category rather than making haiwaian shirts.
