I just baked this using 1/4 almond flour and scattered almonds sliver on top before baking. It was totally delicious! I baked for 35mins as the sides were getting abit burnt. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

Apron, I baked this cake and it's so delicious. Just that I don't have unsalted butter so I use salted butter & omit the sea salt. The cake still turn out so yummy, love your recipe so much. Next I'm going to try out your coconut butter cake. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Can I substitute caster sugar for regular white sugar since I can't find it, and also cake flour for all purpose flour?

Iis it somewhat moist inside? My grandmother used to make a similar cake with hard sauce on the top.
