-----
In this clip, Freeway Ricky reflects on how he used to buy up properties in real estate with drug money, where he also would build motels from scratch for approximately $400K. He notes that the motel business turned out to be a sound investment, as well as speaking to the methods of putting the properties in different names to throw off the police. With that said, he also recalls how the police used to use torture tactics against his crew for information, though they had to resort to planting evidence on him for him to eventually turn himself in.

Weak individuals need a boss to be useful/productive. With quality/strong people you treat them as partners because they don't need the "boss". They can always find another boss who respects them, or be their own boss.
