Freeway Ricky on His Role in the Reagan Iran-Contra Drugs & Weapons Scandal

Спорт

Former drug kingpin Freeway "Ricky" served nearly 15 years of what was originally a life sentence for his involvement in the Iran-Contra during the Reagan administration. After he was released from jail for a separate case, fellow drug lord Oscar Danilo Blandón reached out to him for one last job. At this point Ricky had stopped selling cocaine, but was asked to introduce Blandon to a deal, which ultimately turned out to be faulty. "People's head are popping up at out cars and it was a set up," Freeway Ricky says of the day he was arrested for his ties to the Contras. "I wanted a 20-year deal, and they offered me a plea where I plead guilty, and if the judge wanted to give me 20 she could. If she wanted to give me life, she could. I said 'Nah, I'll take my chance on appeal.'"
It was this case that made Freeway Ricky teach himself to read and write. "I just started practicing reading everyday," he remembers. "Started reading law books and then one day I'm sitting there reading and the words that I needed - continuous criminal spree - popped out and I was like 'Oh wow, that's what I been needing [sic]."
Watch above for more.

You have the wrong people. The deep state, the CIA, tried to do a run around or coup against President Reagan by using the contras. Nothing can be farther from the truth, than the inverse of the story that weapons trafficking was done to fund the contras. All you have to understand is how long did it take for the contras to remain active, vs the leftist FARC. And this ought to be clear how the Clintons and marxists tried to create a second Nixon with Reagan, in association with the sandinistas. This is the greatest deception on the American people. If you listen what he says, I learned of the contra drug stuff when I was in jail. He doesn't understand who in Managua is loading plains...Sandinistas. He has no clue of the association of the Escobars Medellin cartel, and how the CIA was arming leftist movements throughout Latin America. No other right-center movement at the time existed in all of Latin America, trying to free their countries from marxists international running Nicaragua. They included Paul Oquist Kelley, special Bernie Sanders and John Kerry envoy to help organize drug funding for the sandinistas, at the tune of 250 million dollars, per year, from drug trafficking. The contras were almost set up to fail by the CIA, by giving them crap weaponry that was useless in jungle warfare. The contras armed themselves out of weapons recoveries they were able to get from the same sandinistas who had received them from the soviet block in the year prior. The CIA was giving the contras WWII and Vietnam era weapons, thus trying to set them up for failure. Time and again, the CIA tried to set up contra leaders with trafficking, but they failed. That's why you didn't see contras been hauled out to jail. And you didn't see Whitey Bulger, Bob Muellers child out of Boston at the time, not get thrown in jail. John Brenner was attaché in El Salvador for Latin American. The CIA was arming leftist guerrillas in El Salvador with the FMLN, Colombia's FARC, and Perú's, Sendero Luminoso. But the men cover up by Bill Clinton and Hillary is a fact.

Rick is a straight shooter he was the connect he had a plug and he kept the city flush with coke. He's not presenting a fantasy that rappers boast about. He's not shitting on other dealers trying to pretend he made more money than them when he probably did. He was just a solid businessman who was grinding and kept a low profile. I 'm from DC we had Rafel Edmonds his issue was the bodies. Alpo from Harlem both made money but had too many bodies. Rick was strictly about he money and death stops money coming in. He was smart enough to understand that. He never took credit he paid as he goes and just kept it moving. Everyone isn't meant for the game that's why I have to laugh at these rappers lying on records.

They get put into jail for a couple of years if some scapegoat is needed, yet they're after released and probably financially covered. "All I cared about was making my 200.000$ a day."; his words, not mine. People say to interview this person or that person, when really an interview with Michael Corleon Blanco, Griselda Blanco's son, would be proper. Even Charles Cosby would be a informative interview. Cosby was a HUGE player in the cocaine period of 80's early 90's. He was actually in a relationship with Griselda Blanco as she was incarcerated, and she supplied large amounts of cocaine from her cell. People talk about meech, rick, alpo, escobar, but never mention Charles Cosby and Griselda Blanco, who ironically, was the one who actually put Escobar in the game.

I adore how the real Ricky Ross said he does not like to owe someone because now you work for them!! I've been reading and following this for years as well as I read about the Italian mafia Lucky Luciano, Bugsy, Al Capone, but this crime story the Black Eagle operation I've been reading about brings in Ronald Reagan, who was President, and Vice President Bush and CIA director at the time who was running this drug smuggling back in the 80s with drug lord, Pablo Escobar, Panama Noriega who was locked up, and I always say the Bush family and the Reagan family they're not as decent and innocent as the U.S. says as the people they are a bunch of slime bags criminals and yeah the fascist Republicans talked about them like they're great just like Trump is a drug dealer because former president Vicente Fox mentioned it in a video Trump's a big drug dealer Smuggler...... when other important people from other countries talk negative about somebody just because they know Trump's nothing but a big crook involved with drug dealing and drug Smuggler and his big time on it it's just not out there in the open Debbie I need to get involved in that investigated besides being a fascist criminal against the people to Rob them of taxpayer money

The interview was a good surface interview. But I'm sure the story is much intriguing than this interview, even with Rick's minimalist business style. Vlad seems to be making more statements than asking questions. He says things with authority in his voice than sits back as if he's waiting on Rick to confirm. But it's obvious he doesn't know what he thinks he knows and/or got his Intel wrong on a couple of instances.

I have to add, the dope that Rick was selling was a different finance avenue the US Government had to fund all anti communist activity in Central and South America. The monies Rick used to pay for the dope, was used by the US in that manner. Iran Contra was totally different. Same effect, different means of the US to have their cake and eat it too.
