Nice video. I'm using Blucon Nightrider with Libre Pro sensor. My blucon activates the Libre pro sensor and Libre sensor 1 without reader and without libre app. It also extends the life of the sensor for another 14 days.

My wife has the sensor and the remote for it. We just bought an Android phone that supports the link app. Can we connect to the sensor already on her arm, or do we have to wait until the next new censor?

I can't get my scanner on my cellphone to read. It's just stays on the screen and won't do anything

My libre link acts bizarre sometimes. When I scan the sensor and my level is 4.0 I don't even feel that my sugar level is low and when I test on my blood machine it's says 6.8. This machine is not accurate enough and that really worries me.

Cant connect to the App, no one in youtube shows the process during bluetooth or NFC connection, the most difficult part for me. My phone cant connect, wondering if the sensor is messed up. Already registered but never connected to phone, sensor on my arm. Can't see device on bluetooth even if I put phone on the sensor device on the arm.

@@tiffanygodwin2729 - Found out the issue was the Freestyle Libre Company's App is not compatible with Version 9.0 of Android, they had no plans on fixing it last year so I returned the machine. For me the device reader did not come with my purchase so could not use it.

@@omw9965 oh interesting, thatnk you. I thought Android 9 was listed on the compatibility menu. Bit perhaps it wasn't on there when you had the device. If you are still interested you might check the webpage for Freestyle LibreLink to double check.

Is using the app alone with the sensor possible? or do I have to get the compatible Freestyle Libre device in order to get my glucose readings, and the app only offers extra functionality?

Eduza0 you just need the app. It will log your data. But note that you have sync the sensor to your app once every 8 hours so that it can capture all data points

Hello, I am using iPhone 11 and live in the Philippines and cannot see the app in my Appstore. What could be the problem? Is there a regional restriction to this app?

  • @LowCarbDontEat

Cesar Canlas I’m not sure about that. Probably best to check with Abbot or go back to the store where you bought this. I assume you bought the sensor in Philippines? No reason you can’t see the app if you bought it there.

Same, I'm from VN, you got to fake the IP to the US (or some places else that is compatible with your sensor, which is I dont know either, my friend in VN he actually downloaded an app that is compatible with the sensor but I dont know which country is that app available (maybe Singapore I dont know)). Good luck friend, pls share some your experience.it can reduce your cost of buying an Reader which is 70$ in VN

Joey Shofner pardon the late reply. Medical tape over the sensor helped keep it in place over the arm. Takes away the anxiety of it falling off. And feels more secure too

I have something similar, but when wiping down my arm with an wet wipe before placing the sensor. The device cannot scan the sensor correctly and keeps on coming up replace sensor, so I have to pull the sensor out of my arm and throw it into the needle bin. I think these things ain't trustworthy.
