Finally a video where the channelholder isn't a brand that sells workoutplans that says you will get from a chicken to hercules within 5 weeks. This video really inspires and motivates me because i don't have the feeling that it's just another lie.

Sorry to disappoint you bro, but these videos are made by the freeletics company. Some of the german Freeletics running transformations have the same music and cinematography still in them.

Fitness instead of eating at lunch time, in my work day. In shape before ? Sure ... Can't see my foot when i try to ... icame in my belly when i turn around for the first time, because i was too much shameful. A lot of people start freeletics because of me, and they are happy ; so i think you're wrong ; )

Can all the people who are in doubt of the time duration to get that fit just sit down and listen. Hey, first of all everyone's transformation period is different. Situation's very subjective. However, if you would to make working out and eating healthy not a requirement to get fit but as a lifestyle, i guarantee you 100% would succeed to obtain the fitness you wanted. This is because if you were to make it a lifestyle, diet, consistency and dicipline comes into play. You would start hating on certain unhealthy food and if you were to miss a workout, you would feel depressed af. Trust me on this.

Using momentum while doing pull ups, isn't how you do pull ups! And doing push ups as fast as you can is far easier than doing them in a slow controlled way! Respect for your efforts and results, but at least do the most basic exercises properly

  • @KilgoreOnDrugs

    @KilgoreOnDrugs

Did it really matter though? The results speak for themselves.

  • @fknshaggy

Like I said, I have massive respect for the effort gone into this, but these results could've potentially been achieved in far less time if done with correct form. If time is an issue then it would matter to some. Correct form is advantageous in many ways, not just in time spent getting to your goal. I'm also not denying the resuls here, just trying to help anyone out too.

  • @davidlhussier3527

Hello @FknShaggy G ! (Sorry, i'm late !) -- You 're right ; but not at all ^^ .... I agree, slow and controlled way are best for something : more muscle size, and you decrease your chance to hurt yourself ! ... BUT ! It's not said in my video, so you can't know it : i'm a Badminton player (not my job, just a passion). I need to be fast, and i need cardio. If I make too much muscle, i can't moove enough, and i used too much energy for it ! ... So Freeletics bodyweight is what i need. And speed in training help me to burn fat too =) But I agree with you, if i did all slowly, result will be better. It's just that I don't need a lot of muscle =)

David Lhussier good man! As you know, I meant no disrespect with my comment. Again, congratulations on your achievements! Specifying that you are training for a certain sport is very helpful, to me at least because we all have different goals that we work towards, be it mass, tone, or general fitness. Keep up the good work!

Wow! I just started Freeletics this evening. The dynamic warm-up was so difficult; I thought I was going to die. LOL! Just goes to show how out-of-shape I am. But, I just pushed myself to finish it and the rest of the routine. Really, the beginning is so hard. Now, my legs are quite sore and feel like sacks full of wet cement, but I'm happy that I did it. I just hope I'll be able to continue doing it. Your video is a great inspiration. I love your transformation and it's so cool that your friends started joining you. Good job!

David Lhussier funny how you should check up on me now. I just restarted this Monday. I stopped after about a couple of weeks last time. I got too busy with so many projects. And after those, I just became too lazy to get back into training. :( Anyway, last Monday, I decided to give it a go again. Then, yesterday, I went for a very short 3km jog because I felt my muscles were too stiff after my initial workout. Lol! Maybe your message to me now is a wake up call or a sign. Hopefully, I can keep it up this time and be able to achieve what you and your friends have achieved. Thanks anyways for checking. :D

Salut !

David ... As you did in the beginning, I have watched several Freeletics videos. I'm older and heavier at 44yrs and 98.4kg at 1m 85cm. The line at the end of your video has pushed me (or maybe my ego). As a professional, I have been consistently behind with my work. However, I will make changes and take the challenge. I will take my turn. I will start Sunday, March 13.God help me with any pictures or videos. You and the rest of the men and women on KZread are brave to put yourselves out there. However, I will try as it will hold me accountable. Cheers to the next 52 weeks.Best, James

Now i have had therapy and i want to get myself fit again also the psychological part is still very hard with anxiety and panic attacks but i want to take good care of myself and i know that training has helped me stay fit in the past to.. I think a look a bit like you when you started, so thats a good reference point i am 1,73 and 78 kg.

Plyometrics and body weight training at high intensity...no big secret or money for courses needed...just dedication and hard work...Make up whatever name you want for it, Freeletics, poopletics... All exercise and resistance training works, if you actually work hard. There are no secrets. Just people trying to cash in on you not wanting to be a fat, lazy, bastard anymore.

Freeletics is very affordable for what you get. People who don't have the time or knowledge to study exercise and subsequently create a workout routine can greatly benefit from it. It's a surefire way to get in shape.

As you say, the secret is to moove your ass and training hard. It could be easy for some people, and very difficult to others. Personally, I was incapable to do it alone. Moreover, even today, if my "coach" does not tell me what to do, I do not have the courage to take my hand and go beyond as much as the coach asks me .. (Yes, the coach is paying ... 75 € for a year! how much for a real coach in a room?) It adapts to your abilities, your needs, your limits, it increases the amount of effort to produce as you progress, he anticipates the phases of stagnation ... it's well done for "poo";)

Dont run after the results. Do it if you ENJOY the exercises. If you dont enjoy, you gonna do it, and you gonna stop it sooner or later. Do what you enjoy. If you enjoy do basketball, or kickbox, or tracking. Dont look for the result, look for the joy of the moment. If you dont have fun for the exercises in the specific moment, means you re doing it for the results, so you gonna stop doing it sooner or later my friend. Do what you enjoy in the moment. It makes you last longer and happier.

I don't see the problem here. Most of the fat is lost through cardio, the rest builds up or tones your muscles. Just reduce the cardio and expand on the other types of exercise. If you are skinny and do a lot of cardio your body will start eating your muscles due to lack of enough fat from which it can replenish the lost energy.

What you need to do is eat more calories than you burn. Get a free calorie counter from an app store and aim to get 200-300 more calories a day than what you burn. With traning, this will result in muscles. DO NOT do a big bulk and get fat(!), 200-300 calories above needed energy is normal for a healty gain.

Bonjour !

Photoshop ? Nop ... But there something with me at beggining, you're right :) I was so ashamed when I turned on myself, that I tucked my belly into contracting my abs ... if I did not do it, it dangled and ... not really, I had too much trouble with my body. In hindsight, I'll have to let myself go; but when I started I did not believe it yet, I did not think we would see my abs one day: x

@@davidlhussier3527 I have trained for years and always stayed in pretty good shape but abs have never really been that great. You can do all the training in the world but diet is key. What would you eat before training and after. After training this sort of training your body would of burned quite a bit of sodium so what would you eat?
