Kristina asked for donations during the texas floods a few years back to feed people. I donated $100 and then she never discussed it or said who she gave the money to. I even emailed and asked didnt hear back. I felt like I might have been scammed and I didnt have a lot but really wanted to feed some in need.

I think nutrition is a very individual think and you cannot judge what is right or wrong for another person. In Germany we have a KZreadr she eats about 600 ckal a day (salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, sprouds etc.) and she is thriving, but she always points Out that this way of eating developed naturally over many years and she never planed to eat that way. She has a normal figure, she has definetly some pounds more than you. Everyones body is different. And there are reasons for juicing (no fiber) and blending (with fiber), so can't say one is wrong and the other is right, you should talk about the differences and the different effekts both ways have. I honestly admire and adore you and love you're Lifestyle, but I don't understand why you feel you need to put so much energy in making other poeple wrong, you have so much to give and inspire! There is not one right way of eating for everyone! Some need more greens and less fruit, some need more fruit and more calories... Let's stop making other poeple wrong for where there are.

i agree what works for one person doesn’t work for everyone as we all have different bodies for example nuts are healthy for me but not for someone who has a nut allergy however eating 600 kcal is not enough for any adult on a daily basis, it’s extremely dangerous long term, everyone have a different amount required but the low end is around 1500kcal which would be for someone who is very petite, definitely NOT 600kcal which is less than half, I ate between 500-800 kcal for several weeks and i was in hospital with a glucose drip, severely underweight and felt awful as a result, my blood tests were fine though in terms of micronutrients as i was eating mainly veg along with wholegrains, fruit, legumes and flaxseeds so balanced and nutritious just not enough, i had extremely low blood sugar simply because undereating calories directly resulted in undereating carbs, please make sure you eat enough!! it’s so important, don’t fool yourself under 1500kcal is enough

How beautifully and kindly said. I used to like listening to Banana Freely many years ago, until she began picking people apart because I think maybe she feels desperate for more views and possibly jealous. I only clicked on this because I have loved listening to Fully Raw Kristina for years. I never assume that either woman is completely right. I just feel things out for myself and incorporate what I can.

Hi Freelee! Curious about your take on fruit juice. Obviously fresh whole fruit is best but do I remember you being a huge advocate of adding in some fruit juice many years ago. I personally do not drink it as I work from home and can easily make a smoothie or eat whole fruits and veggies. My partner works very long days, 14 hours outside in the 100 degree heat doing hard work and he likes to add coco water and pineapple juice to his water to keep his energy levels up. He does not always have time to eat and then when energy levels drop he gets heat exhaustion. What are your thoughts on this?

Hey Freelee, I have a bipolar 2 disorder diagnosis and have been on mood stabilising medications for years. I'm desperately trying to come off them, and have been looking into herbal medicine as an alternative. High levels of magnesium (which would only be possible through supplementation) has been shown to have a similar effect on lithium for bipolar sufferers. I've also included skullcap, which is used for depression, sleep issues and racing thoughts, and ashwaghanda which is also said by shamans to act as a brain booster/anti depressant and stress effects. I'm just wondering on your thoughts about supplements in the form of herbal medicine for ailments, along with a high fruit high carb diet? I eat as much fruit as possible, but where I live it's difficult and expensive to eat big quantities of good quality fruit. So I eat a lot of rice, potatoes, vegetables, and always start the day with lots of fruit.

As much as I like Kristina's overall vegan message and aesthetic, Freelee is right. I always wondered why Kristina promoted protein powders as it is absolutely unneccessary. I always saw she reccommended a new blender every other video. Sponsorships are fine but disclose them, we don't know what is truly liked or not. I tried one of her recipes exactly and it came out to be so low in carb/and calories! We should be eating raw whole plant foods especially fruits in abundance. This all makes so much sense. Thank you!
