Once Bill Morneau was gone the Liberals had no one qualified for the position of Finance Minister. Morneau earned an MBA from INSEAD. Morneau eventually earned a master of Science (MSc) in economics from the London School of Economics. Morneau took the bullet for Trudeau over the WE charity scandal. The problem with the Liberals is they don't have a lot of depth in qualified people. That is why they must spend $ million on consultants to tell them what to do. The only Canadian party that has qualified people is the Conservatives.
