Freelancer: HD Edition is a mod that aims to improve every aspect of the game Freelancer while keeping the look and feel as close to vanilla as possible.

that double take Juni makes when you're listing off the potential things which could kill you...Priceless!
I remember the countless hours of diamond trading runs I did so that I could fast track credits to get one of the best ships in the game, the Eagle. Shame they never had a super heavy freighter but I guess there was no call for it once you had the credits for the Eagle or the Sabre or the Titan.

I was able to find a trade route from Rheinlad to Bretonia, bought the Rheinlad trade cow, two days of grinding (school summer holiday, don't judge me) had enough cash to buy the Eagle and enough cash to then play through reputation change to make me green with the Corsairs, and then bought the Titan. And then loaded it up with almost all unique weapons. And a few nomad weapons... Aahhhh.... Damn it! Now I have to find my save files!
Brings back memories for sure. Loved the modding community (Freeworlds was awesome)

Have you seen Trent's kill rate by this point in the game? Trent isn't a bullet trap, he's almost the most dangerous person in the local part of the galaxy.

In the description you can get the game free you will need the HD mod to run on modern hardware.. Everything you need is in the description..
