It's important to review your employment contract and company policies to understand your obligations and any potential restrictions. 2) It could be both ways. Like, you need to create your own account on a job portal or employers can provide you with login in your own name. Second thing, chances are the company won't provide login credentials for job portals; it's your responsibility to set up and maintain your job portal account. 3) The timing of payment for a new job can vary depending on the company's payroll schedule and policies. Some companies pay their freelancers on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, while others may have different schedules. It's important to clarify the payment schedule and any related policies with your new employer in the start. It's essential to communicate openly and honestly with your current and prospective employers about any work-related arrangements or concerns, including taking on additional jobs. Additionally, reviewing your employment contracts and company policies is crucial to ensure you comply with any obligations and to understand the terms of your employment.     There is no benefit for freelancing it's a worst concept best if we can go for graphic designing or editing videos in freelancing

    Yes Madam because I have worked as a freelancer with one consultancy as per requirement I have been provided sometimes 10 lines up tenure is 60 days after taking followup 5 candidate leave the job and even the payout get very less so I think it's a worst concept
