i relate so much to what you said about back problems from being a makeup artist. im pretty sure i did permanent damage to my back from the kit i used to travel with. i had one of those rolling kits and it weighed like 50 lbs. i downsized a few years ago and im still working on limiting myself to essentials

Kit goals...one day. And I totally get every kit purpose is different. I do bridal and sometimes have 5-6 clients at a time, no touch up kits needed (unless I gift an individual to a bride). I currently have a brush bag from mykitco because I almost always have 6-7 sets of brushes per gig. I have a big MAC travel case that has a bunch of clear bags with velcro on one side and big pouches on the other that are protected by netting on top with individual zippers. I want to get rid of it and get a case like this. Just deciding how it will look as I've only depotted my lipsticks into a vueset palette otherwise everything else is in palettes and containers. Thanks for the inspo!!!!

I watch this video all the time. Your inspiring. I get sucked into brands and having the designer stuff but when I go back to my kit I use what works. I use to mix everything all the time and have forgotten to do so. I was talking to my friend yesterday about how I need to stop spending all the money I earn on new product that are current and to work with what I have. Working with mixing and mediums is what made me fall in love with makeup. I need to go back there. I say no to a lot of work because it hurts to carry everything. So inspired. Only question, when you do have rubbish in that trash can which I have but I have it on my separate brush bag how do you carry it then would it still fit?
