Trying to become mindful in a Mindless world is very very difficult and frightening for me

So many teachers I have had in the past have valued insight and knowledge over compassion or metta. This has made it very difficult or me to let go of shame. With Tara I feel like see balances both insight into ourselves and compassion as well. Its a very healing combination for me.
