why do you obstruct the screen with another small video just when I want to see the way to fit on dog?

I pushed up just a bit on the main video screen and it cleared the small video. Have to keep your finger on the main screen, though.

This video is SLIGHTLY better than the one I was pointed to via VR code on their pamphlet, but not much. Specific instructions on which way to adjust the straps (move the metal up/down to make the harness smaller/larger) would be incredibly helpful. This is my fourth freedom harness and I DO love them, but I don’t want to have to figure this out myself after a long day. Alas, I will and I have.

Feel like I'm going crazy. Am I just stupid? Why is it so difficult to understand how to adjust the size to fit it tighter?

How am I supposed to watch this video when half of it is blocked by a pop up for another video, directly in the middle of the screen? Totally not helpful.

A video link to "Freedom No-Pull Harness-Enjoy your walks again!" shows up in the middle of the video screen at the most important part ☹ I already have the harness, I am just trying to figure out if I am making it too snug on my dog??

I bought this for under $3 at a thrift store. It took me 30 minutes to figure this out due to the text that obstructed my view, but I did it! 😅

I’m so confused by people blaming KZread ads policies on the company that made a video.

This video is bad. Doesn’t show how to adjust AT ALL.

So stupid , add in the middle of the video … last product I buy 😢
