I was in a beautiful marriage before my now ex wife left me,i still love her and most times i cant stop thinking about her, i am doing my very best to get rid of the thought of her, but i just cant, i love her so much, i don't know why i am bring this here for, i cant stop thinking about her

I went through that 19 years ago! You cannot get her back she left you. What you can do is work on yourself and allow God to make you whole again. I know it sounds cliche, but when the woman leaves, she has disconnected from you for whatever reason. Accept that! You go chasing and you will push her further away. She will see you as weak and that makes men unattractive. You have already tried and she rejected you. It was the best thing, now 19 years later. We are able to be friendly towards one another and because I worked on myself, i got in GREAT shape and grew my finances to live retired at 45. Let go and allow God to work on you!

I was Muslim and converted to being a follower of our lLord Jesus Christ..I prayed to God one time with all my heart and asked him to show me if he’s real then Jesus came into my life.
