To clear up neglected, abandoned homes is a dual blessing; one for the community, two for the owner/landlord (somebody’s got to own it). You two work well together, thank you.

After watching your videos today, I walked my dog. I saw an elderly woman walking with her cane outside, in my apt complex. She seemed to be struggling a bit. I went over to her and assisted her walking back to her apt bc she realized she forgot her purse when she got to her car. I walked slowly with her holding her things for her and then walked her back to her car again. We stood there talking for about 25 minutes. She seemed lonely. We had a really nice conversation and I told her I would see her around soon bc I know her apt now. It made both of us happy. Normally, I would've kept an eye on an elderly person from afar and made sure she was ok without her knowing it bc I felt like I was invading their space or making them feel embarrassed for asking if they need help. But this time, I gently approached her and somehow found a way to help her without making her feel embarrassed for needing help. We became buddies today. It really warmed my heart. ❤️❤️❤️🙏

I wouldn't have given that kid anything. He a little theif. That's not the American way. He can go get a job and buy some food. Or maybe he should have been aborted if the kids parents aren't responsible enough to feed it. What is this world coming too. People need to tighten their boot straps and get to work. Lazy thieving pieces of trash.

Love your videos and your mission of giving. I live next door to an uninhabited home and the owners just weren't able to care for it. It was a fire Hazard so I started weed whacking and pruning. Another neighbor lent his green waste bins so I could get rid of the waste. Result? It looks darn good a MN d when the owners visited and saw the improvement, they were so happy and grateful. And my wood house won't burn down!

Hello BladeZ ... i've been watching your channel for quite a while and I have to say first, thank you for all the free help you give the NEEDY!! Especially when it turns out that a gentleman is in the nursing home and not a one of his neighbors offered to mow his lawn letting it get to be the height of yourself; or a woman is unable to mow because she is handicapped and story after story of situation can you drive around and find somebody in need and get one day off for others. Can you imagine what America would be like if we had more compassionate and heartfelt people like yourself? I would really like to challenge those who are physically and financially able watch your channel to ask of themselves what can I do to better the world around me? Second, I really like your John Deere mower. I know people who are professional mowers and I seen a lot of stand up mowers (definitely not John Deere brand), so I'm very interested in learning more about your mower and any other equipment you use because you just seem to zip through these terrible lawns! I really enjoy watching you work because it is obvious you are a very hard worker. I know you edit your videos so that we can see the worst and also the best. The thing I want to complement you on is the fact that you go over these lawns more than once more than twice and many of them three and four times going different directions so that they look like a perfectly sculpture gone by the time you were done as well as groomed and edged looking pristine. So many people think if you just mow that's the job is done and it's not and you make that very clear in your work. Again I challenge more people to try to be more like this man in the quality of work he does. Last, I am an interior designer and I watch a number of HGTV shows where they have people who go into these terrible homes and they are buying them and flipping them. There is one in particular that in California that is called, I believe I have this correct, Tarik El Moussa HGTV House Flipping 101.......Anyway clearly you don't live in that area but I was thinking you could get connected with some house flippers in your area and clean up their yards for them and maybe that would help your business grow also. Because instead of hiring for the 10 people to do the landscaping cleanup they could hire you to get in there and do the cleanup and then I just have to hire a nursery to do the planting. I mean, you're just amazing at Clean up and the place is these people tackle are really in bad shape and some of them have been empty for years and they go in and buy them at a low price and flip them for hopefully a bonus price. I know you know what I'm talking about so I'm not gonna say anything more but I wish you the best luck with this idea because if I knew anybody in my area and you lived in my area I'd be trying to get you immediately on my payroll❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️Best of luck to you and all of these areas.

Good video! Loved it! I can't get up now and go "do nice", but I'll tell you what I have done recently. I try to do nice things all the time; one time a few weeks ago, I was driving to work. It was before sunrise, and I saw a truck in the middle of the road, no lights, stopped. I slowed, and noticed that the driver was trying to get his truck running. I stopped, and flipped on my hazards (he obviously had none, and it was right near a curve I'd come around.) I kept "watch" for him until there was more light, and he walked over and thanked me. I felt good about being able to help someone else. Another person also came over from the other direction, to help him with the truck itself. :)

Great job killer monetization idea. Would suggest weed eating first edge second blow off then mow follow up with final blow down. Will mulch the large weed eating waste, mulch edging waste, allow more inspection of property before mowing, less wear tear on mower, and a cleaner job.

I think some of the mow first is to knock down the biggest stuff, but also to serve notice on any wildlife that the earth shaking monster is coming and to quietly disappear! Each mower seems to have his own plan for how it goes through - and at least we can see Al coming once the worst is off!

Thanks to you and AP another neighborhood is looking a thousand percent better after a fine job is done on this property. Thanks again for what you do for the community. You two are sharing exactly what God wants you to do, the word for the day is love, spread the word. We could all do something for others, open a door for someone, a kind word, a compliment, or just a nice smile could possibly make someone's day, week or year for that matter. We are all human beings and we are meant to love each other. The color of your skin, religious beliefs, political affiliation or whatever difference there is between any of us SHOULD NOT MATTER. Be kind to each other as that is what God wants out of each and every one of us. God bless you and AP, stay safe and keep up the beautiful work you do for others. Luv U guys.

Nothing like you do, but a friend told me the other day that they felt ‘very down, hopeless.’ So I went and got a fancy coffee, a pretty cookie and went by and spent a few hours just talking and spending time with them. I think it helped. Just showing them that I do care, and it’s going to be ok. Spread some love. 💕
