Just as I expected : The 5* standard weapon is the BiS for the all of the standard 5* character with the exception of pistol. Even then, pistol with crit rate substat and support passive will still be a good option for any pistol DPS. Also just want to add, WuWa have 100% RATE UP for all weapons with a SELECTABLE standard banner for weapons. This means you have full control on what 5* weapon you will get. So you don't have to worry about random duplicates. Pick any of the free 5* weapon you want right now and you can get the other ones later if you decide to pull on standard weapon banner.

I immediately pick the sword for the Rover I want to feel immersed during story quest to use the mc. This game doesn't need elemental stuff except the resistance even then I can literally just swap between havoc and spectro so pure skill and parry
