Hey everyone, It’s crazy to share this to random people but when there’s no one that really understands your feeling you have to express yourself. I’m not sure if you gonna read this but at least it will be hear forever. I’m sad feeling so bad right now my world of falling apart and I can’t do anything I don’t have even energy to fight again bc I’m so tired of everything, I just want to relax and being able to be quite for a while. I worked so hard on lot of things hoping that a day things gonna change but I’m still here and I don’t know what I have to do. I feel anger, depression anxiety and panic attacks and of course regrets. Everyone is telling be don’t worry but I can’t this is just too much for me. I’m feelings so helpless and depressed

Here during one of my dark phases. I know it'll pass but some times I question if I'll ever feel better. This music helps me to relax so I usually listen to beats by N O S T R A D A M U S or MISERY just to feel like I can chill for a while. I'm usually on a state of constant alert and it gets worse at night. Music is my therapy because music for me has never called me names or bullied me and I feel a connection with certain types of music so I imagine myself in the future finally over the past and having friends to hang out with. I daydream a lot because I don't do much. It's because it's where I hope to be one day is over the past and to have friends to hang out with. I don't know how long it will take but I'll be watching and waiting for it and working on healing myself.
