Sir there r some negative people in our lives with whom we have to live and spend most of the time of our day.... N anyhow we cannot cannot cannot leave them.... We r supposed to spend most of the time with them only... How to handle such negativity n still b in learning n positive mode... Even if they keep saying negative things to us ( saying bad things about others, always talking in a sarcastic tone, always pulling us down, always complaining, fighting in front of us etc. Etc. Etc.)

Always reply calmly, jab koi itna negative hota hai, that's not a good state for that person too.. Toh agar door ja sko best h, if not, ye socho you are lucky enough ki pta h ki kya krna h ya positive rhne ki koshish kr pa rhe ho.. Be passionate and sympathetic towards that person. Koi kb tk negative rhega, aur rhe bhi toh khud ko effect nhi hone dena.. listen to something good after ang negative conversation.. It is just like ads between TV show, aisa maan k ignore krdo
