I've been very skeptical about any kind of training courses or guides. Mainly because of the times that I have bought into these training and courses, it's stuff I already know. Ive completely wasted my money. I can honestly say I do about 85% of this stuff already but the positive thing I can say is that the other 15% of the stuff you recommend in this video, I was completely missing out on. Thank you for being a REAL source of valuable SEO information. This makes me even more interested in signing up for your course and training.

Although I have already seen several videos of you and I consider you are among the greats, I read comments before watching, I'm going to do it... hopefully once, just once someone shows something complete that really works, even more... charge a commission after your customers bill instead of charging for courses that teach only a part of it.

In the case of Local SEO, I have noticed that most sites need a handful of powerful directory listings and a few guest posts. I have built over 40-50 directory links and guest posts similar to my competitor, but it has been months, and they haven't been indexed yet. Is there a way to fast-track this process? I would really appreciate it if you could answer.

Thank you! Tier two backlinks can help, but I would also look at the quality of the websites you're getting links on. With local, you need hyper local links to see the best resutls

Nathan, 2 questions.... would you be ok with sharing a copy of the document you created for the recommendations? Second, you mentioned that it is a red flag if a website's backlink profile has numerous anchor texts that are the same. What should the ideal backlink profile look like in terms of anchor text distribution? I have a client whose competitor ranks #1 for numerous keywords that the client is targetting and when I looked at the backlinks of the competitor, they have numerous anchor texts that are the same. do you think they are affected by it?
