God loves you man you care for everyone

I love that he blindfolds himself. It makes you feel less scared and judged to hug him. It's less intimidating or "embarrassing". It's also showing a sense of unconditional trust coming from him.

In New York few have done this ... actually feels great even from a total stranger, a lot of times you need a hug and an ear from ppl who don't know you won't judge nor get to conclusions. Just best what you're going thru and tell you that you are loved and you matter. We will make it!

I've lost my children and no one would ever have done that where I live. God bless you.

For me my depression can't take over. I have a family waiting for me to fail. They have constantly told me I'm crazy. I can't raise a child it will make me more crazy. My own mother told me to put my son for adoption to her because I can't do it. All of this said to my face. I have to keep going in spite of it all. I have to keep going in spite of losing the love of my life because he was deported. I had to carry on going for my son. He is the beginning middle and end of it all. I keep going forward for him. I have no choice but to prove all these family members wrong. And my son who is the smartest coolest kid going around. I am forever complimented about his speech and behaviour. He is in year 7 and doing year 12 work. He is so smart that people don't think he is disabled. I had to work and keep pushing forward because I had no choice to fall apart. I am still not allowed to have strong feelings now because I'm clearly bipolar as my mother says. Not that they insult me constantly or call me fat. I am the black sheep but this sheep has the best child in the whole family.

Does anyone else just watch Zach until you feel happy again? Or am I the only one?

We need more people like him😭 I wish the people around me cared like this..

I randomly met a guy I went to school with at a party a few years back. I asked him how he’d been and he told me he was okay, but it really didn’t seem like it. So I pushed a little and said, “You sure man? You seem like you’ve got some stuff going on.” And he kind of stared at me for a second then proceeded to tell me that life was getting on top of him and he was feeling suicidal. We talked for ages and I got him to promise me he was going to talk to his doctor and not just suffer in silence. There are two problems. Firstly, most people say they are fine, even if they aren’t. Secondly, too many people ask how someone is, when they don’t want the real answer 😔

Damn you make me cry every time i live how youre making people open up about the hard parts that is hard to talk about i wish it was possible that we just could do this without a blindfold and a board imagine how lufe would be so easy and less hard

honestly I’m struggling with my mental health and well being, my parents didn’t really care about my feelings, until I started sitting in my room all day, crying my self to sleep every night, and just feels so anxious all the time. They got me into therapy, they got me a puppies, (their names are Lola and Milo) and they make me feel very happy and I started improving and working out again and just in all feel like myself! Always put your mental health and health before anything!!!!

That lady said she just lost her dad I know the feeling I just lost my dad in April we wasn't close but if you are a human being you still have compassion and I like what this guy does more people should be like this but the world is not designed like that world is filled with evil but we as human beings need to bring this world back and make it good again

I wish we had someone like you in my city, I'd be getting hugs daily because its hard just to get motivated and start moving for the day, and throughout the day I have to talk myself up to keep on going. Struggling daily, multiple times a day, depression with no love of oneself is an uphill battle. Sending love to all who need it, you are worth it 💜
