Back in the day when graff was viewed likenit was a huge crime people racked their paint (stole) to keep their supply up, some people carry the tradition if racking, but its oknif you want to pay for your stuff. I personally do a mix of paying and racking depending what store im at

The white shoe cleaner that he left on the shelf is actually a better mop. The shape is better allowing more control over drips and it holds like twice as much liquid as the black shoe polish bottle. Art Primo even sells an empty version of it.
