what are these "type beat" songs ? and why is there "[FREE] in the title i saw a video that had [SOLD] in the title, can you explain this ? :`)

A "type beat" is a track that's based on an artist/s, or on a specific genre. The "[SOLD]" on any of these "free type beats" just means someone already bought the exclusive rights to it (you can no longer lease it (use to upload for revenue on streaming platforms) or buy it exclusively). You can still use a [SOLD] type beat or anything really, only IF it is non-profit AND I'd credit anything you use that you didnt originally make (ex: a sample). If you're starting out, use anything for non-profit for soundcloud and no on can touch you, trust. But if you want streams w profit buy a lease or exclusive rights (please read all terms always (some say 1yr-10yrs or even lifetime). You can use samples for profit btw it just takes clearing the rights to it (getting permission), or making it a smaller part to a bigger project might make it pass as "fair use" but that's a grey area. Or avoid everything and make the beat :) it's hard, but fun sometimes, it only gets easier . read the description of this beat video and others, this dude says it 100% free just don't copywrite it so ALL can use :))

Hiii!!! Sorry that I've taken so long to reply. So, type beat is basically a song made in the style of another song. Lets say you like Agora Hills by Doja Cat, you would look up "Agora Hills type beat" and different instrumentals should come up that are in a similar style of doja cat. [SOLD] will usually be a beat that was once free, but was sold [FREE FOR PROFIT] Usually means you can use it for free without any payment. Just make sure it says free for profit since some are only free for non profit.
