Many years ago it helps me a lot with my allergy for some sort of grasses. In fact of that I'm convinced it will help your shoulder as well. First of all, thanks, I think all the things you said are relaxing, I'll just add, for example, fishing, having a picnic in nature with a group of friends, or watching a nice movie with a drink and snack on Netflix on a big screen, etc.

The things I do to relax: -Read a book while listening to a music. -have a cup of chamomile.

Hi teacher Bob, I wanna just add something that makes me so relaxed, I don't know about you but what really makes me relaxed, is prayer...it has a magic in it ☺️ magical effects, benefits and results ...it's the best remedy for all mental and emotional issues, listening or reading some verses from the holy book Qur'an, it's way relaxing as well, ☺️ connecting to our creator is the best way to get rid of stress we experience almost everyday. To me, all forms of worshiping God ( Allah)work really well with me.

Music can help u relax or activate your mind. Now in winter a warm bath makes the difference in my humble opinion. I wish I knew how to meditate, we need to go to the Tibet or Nepal and learn the ropes👏

It's available in some of our larger cities. I've never tried it, but would be tempted if I had pain that I thought it could heal. 😎🍦🕯
