Can i do the easy one piece lace top pattern in two rectangles like this one and sew it togheter? I really like the shell pattern on the other top but the construction in this one.. :)

Are you working the double and single crochet stitches in back loop only? It seems that you are, but I am not sure.

I believe she used 3 skeins of the stroll yarn. Click link in the description. It will give the yarn amounts per size

Does that yarn stay blocked even after it is laundered again? Or do you have to block it each time you wash it?

You need to lay it out flat to dry. You don't need to do extensive blocking or anything like that.
